The location boasts excellent access for recreation on Tug Hill, and we’re situated nicely to enjoy all the other great outdoor recreational activities that Northern NY state offers, including the Adirondack mountains, Lake Ontario, and the 1000 Islands areas. The snowmobile trail directly across the road, takes you straight into Barnes Corners and onto the trail network, yet we’re only 5 minutes off I81. Ride from the property!

There are several state parks ranging from 5 to 30 minute drive for those who prefer to explore on foot. Also a 30 minute drive from Pulaski, NY, salmon fishing capital of NY! Stay with us while you play and explore all that Northern New York has to offer!

Private and quiet apartment. 20 minutes from Watertown . 5 miles from Southwick Beach State park. Great Fishing near by. Henderson Harbor, Pulaski, Lake Ontario. Golf Coarse near by, Skiing at Dry Hill, Snowmobiling at Barns Corners. All new appliances and furniture. Very cozy and comfortable apartment. Back patio with awning and back yard. We call it the collie cottage after our beautiful Collie dog and our love for the breed.
