Space is as described. Well maintained and clean. Loved this stay, beautiful garden/surroundings. Short walk to the bay was a bonus. Would recommend a stay in one of Mark’s tiny houses to anyone!

I first heard of this place through a show and wanted to do something nice for my spouse and our first anniversary so I called Leonora and she booked me for horseback riding. She then gave me the phone number to Sandi and Sandi was so nice that she helped me book my first air bnb. Leonora also gave me the phone number to Yuri and Yuri helped me set up an amazing dinner for my spouse and I. The day of, check in was a breeze and Leonora set us up with Bones and Sean who were spectacular horse guides. It was my first time in a long time back on a horse. I felt completely safe. I then got to finally meet Sandi who was so sweet and kind and helped my spouse and I set up a fire. Every one of the staff is correct, you can see so many stars, which was breathtaking. We will be back again this year for relaxation.

This was a peaceful escape from the city for our toddler’s birthday. We were able to see the goats, chickens, ducks, roosters. Gig Harbor Marina is a short drive away and trails were a few minutes away. The second downstairs bedroom was useful for our younger one to sleep in. The loft stairs are steep, but manageable. We cooked the complimentary fresh eggs in the kitchen comfortably. A lot of rustic yet modern country touches in the house, this is a well designed tiny house! Tessa was very helpful and friendly as well.

Wonderful stay. Did not feel like a tiny home! Very comfortable. Loved having a washer and dryer on our trip up the coast.

Tiny house was excellent for a stay to attend local event. Downstairs bedroom had double bed. Kitchen , bathroom and living space small but great . Upstairs bedroom was two comfortable twin mattresses but low headroom was difficult to dress (would be best for children).

Quintessential Berkeley neighborhood, in the perfect *tiny house* form! While the lofted bed was a tighter fit… it was easily one of the more comfortable beds I’ve slept in! Thanks Toby & Sonja!

We are obsessed with this place! It was the perfect home base for a weekend in Portland. Clean, simple, tranquil, cozy, thoughtfully designed, incredible location, the list goes on... We will be back, no doubt.

Very nice tiny home - immaculate inside and comfortable. The upper loft is not for everyone as it requires use of a steep ladder. As you'd expect in a tiny home, the bathroom is small. Overall, we liked it.

Awesome place to stay! Tiny home felt plenty big enough for my husband and I. Loved the sauna and cold plunge! Kitchen seemed plenty stocked tho we didn’t use it. Would definitely stay again!

Robns place is located inside a peaceful community with lots of nature and tranquility. During our two day stay we got to see 5 deer and had the pleasure to visit a near by river that had the greatest sound to fall asleep to. I would highly recommend this place. I am the kind of person who sleeps with more than 2 pillows and the extra pillows provided on the day bed were perfect.

Pure Peace by the River!! I was looking for a calm, beautiful stay near Olympic National Park, and this was it! If relaxation had a soundtrack, it would be this place—the gentle symphony of birdsong layered with the steady, calming flow of the Morse River. This property redefined what it means to decompress. I arrived with a long list of plans for the day, but quickly tossed them aside just to be still and soak in the serenity. The hammock delivered what might have been the best nap of my life. The only excitement was me, delighting making, and devouring the s’mores ! The home itself is beautifully appointed, thoughtfully stocked, and set in a peaceful, safe environment that feels like a hidden retreat. If I were an author writing my next great work, this is where I’d want to do it—surrounded by inspiration and quiet. A truly special place.

Great stay! Cabin was perfect, had everything we needed. Loved the hot tub and bbq. Trent was helpful and responsive.

Katrina’s tiny home was a fantastic place to stay. The sunrise was gorgeous through the giant windows. Overall very peaceful and very nicely laid out. We would certainly come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sage Nest! It was so cute and had everything that we needed. We also loved getting to hang out with the kitty! Perfect if you’re heading to Zion and need a place to sleep. We enjoyed sitting on the porch at night and looking at all of the bright stars.

I can't say enough good things about Victoria and her place. You will need a car, but you probably should have a car if you are in Eugene. Everything you need, including downtown and UO are an easy 5-10 minute drive. Victoria was a kind, helpful, and amazing host. The place is small, so avoid if that's your thing, but my girlfriend and I didn't want to leave. This place felt like a home away from home. Comfortable, peaceful, convenient. It was the perfect Air B&B

Beautiful location and perfect tiny house! Govinda greeted me when I arrived and everything was thoughtfully set up. The site is private with a lovely garden space. The shower was amazing! The bed was comfortable with the skylight adding to cozy stargazing. The kitchen had proper cooking knives and pans. I found the host recommendation booklet helpful for finding nearby hikes and activities. Overall I had a wonderful experience and will keep it in mind for future visits!

The place was so cozy and stylish! Very thoughtful smart touches, large comfy beds, beautiful surroundings, private location but close to many restaurants and Zion National Park. Host went above and beyond with communication and hospitality. Loved our stay and wish we could’ve visited longer.

Made last minute reservation for an overnight stay. Very nice and clean. Bed is super comfortable.

The tiny house is impressively clean, and equipped with everything necessary. The heater is quite strong. The place is beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. Julie is very nice and helpful.

Perfect location! All of the restaurants and shops are just a 5 minute walk away. This was our homebase for snowboarding at Schweitzer and exploring the area. Super cute and cozy, and a fun and unique stay! We cooked in one night and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend! The host is super responsive and helpful, too.

Such a cute little place! Very clean and had everything I needed. The descriptions on how to find it were super clear and helpful so I had no problem. It was very peaceful and private, being back off the road and right by the river. I’d definitely stay here again!
