Roof terrace with patio furniture & a view. Wellfield Road's is a quiet/quaint mini high street; restaurants, takeaways,coffee shops,cafe bars,retailers on the doorstep. Roath Park with its gardens,boating lake and open play/picnic areas just a short walk away. The City Centre's walkable just 1 mile away. Vigin wifi @250MB. Smart tv .

Cosy studio annex

A completely self-contained annex-come-studio in our garden with access from the rear. It has everything you need for a short stay in Cardiff and is very close to lovely parks, cafes, restaurants and shops and is 25 mins walk or ten mins bus ride to town - the bus stop is right behind the annex. It is suitable for a couple, two friends (there's a pull-out single bed in the living area) or a couple with a child. We converted our garage during lockdown and created this unique and cosy space.

We are on the Taff Trail for walks and hikes, it's a 15 minute bike ride into town or an 8 minute train journey to the centre. Great restaurants nearby and Lidls is around the corner for essentials. 1 mile from University Hospital Wales. Great location. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, but close to major routes and motor ways.

Our outhouse at the back of our garden has been lovingly transformed into a cosy, modern studio apartment. With underfloor heating, large sofa's & kitchen /breakfast area it has everything you want for a short or long stay! Separate entrance also makes it private so you can come and go as you wish.
