If you’re coming to sail, to walk our miles of seawall and river paths, to birdwatch, or just to get away from it all, you won't be disappointed. Just 25 metres from the river, the flat has been lovingly renovated to the highest standard, with a modern gas boiler for hot water and central heating. The Annex

Spacious detached annex. Has its own entrance and independent patio for privacy. Open plan Kitchen/ Living Room. Bathroom boasts a large Shower. Towels are provided. Close to town center, shops, train station and River Crouch. Other things to note: There is a kettle, toaster, microwave and a sandwich toaster/grill. This is a KITCHENETTE, not a full working kitchen. Breakfast is provided in the way of Bread, Cereal, a choice of apple and orange juice, tea and coffee etc.
