I can't recommend Rafi's condo enough! The location is fabulous; the place is clean and well-equipped with everything you need. There is 24-hour security and a locked gate for your vehicle. It is an easy walk to a few nice beachside restaurants, a bakery, and yoga—the perfect home base for surfing Playa Encuentro and easy access to Cabarete and Sosua. There is a nice pool and a lovely balcony for morning coffee. We slept like babies in the comfortable bed with blackout curtains and AC. If you're on the fence about where to stay in Playa Encuentro, I wouldn't hesitate to go ahead and book Rafi's spot. He has put so much love into every detail and it shows and the hosts communicated promptly at every step of the way. After a day of surfing or your excursion to the beach or the mountains, there's nothing like coming home to this warm, cozy, and clean condo in paradise. Five Stars isn't enough!

Carla was quick to respond and super helpful. Her place was in a fantastic location and we all felt super secure because of the 24/7 security and the fact it is a gated community. You can connect with others at the poolside and also the beach is only a few meters away. Plus the supermarket is right next door which makes this location extra convenient. 10/10 and we’ll definitely recommend this place further. Gracias Carla!!!

This was our first time in the DR and so we were in for a surprise. We had a great stay at Toms air bnb. It was well located and yet private and homely. Tom was an excellent host, one had to message him for something and before you could even wait, it was done. His man Friday, Roman, was a real gem of an all rounder. Almost at one's beck and call and so cheerful. Most effiecient and deligent worker. Tom gave us some excellent leads for things to do and next trip too we plan on staying here and consulting him before we head out. Would highly recoment staying here. Clean, safe and homely. Maybe a little pricey. However well located and gives you space to chill and enjoy the place. A real holiday and treat. Thank you Tom, and your supper efficient team.

Had at great stay in Francois apartment. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Seawinds is a very well maintained community. I have stayed at Seawinds many times and Francois apartment is the best I have stayed in.

Polina is an excellent host. Communication with her is time efficient, informative, and friendly. The apartment is conveniently located in the convenient location right on the beach and within walking distance of stores and restaurants. The place is well-organized, clean, and equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The swimming pool is well-maintained, and there are always seating options available around it. We really enjoyed our stay and will certainly recommend it.

Edwin was great host, he was very responsive when we needed him and gave us all sorts of recommendations. It was a pleasure to meet him and will definitely recommend this place to everyone! Thanks for having us!

This location is absolutely amazing has everything you might need in this a perfect place. If you're interested in kite surfing enjoying the beach or spending time in cabarete. I highly recommend this location. I have stayed there several times and I will stay there in the future.

Great service. Was a little dusty when we got there. (not dirty) *dusty. But they sent someone to clean right away. Other than that is very nice.

I’ve stayed in a lot of beautiful places but this spot is a step above. Personal security, private chef and 24hr transportation. Three story house 5 beautiful bedrooms and baths. All the amenities and more. I can go on and on about this gorgeous place but I’ll stop here. I’ll definitely book again and again.

Nous avons passé près de 5 semaines au Paradise Condos de Cabarete chez Olesky, et ce fut une expérience exceptionnelle ! L'emplacement est parfait, à distance de marche de tout, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. La propriété est magnifiquement entretenue, avec une piscine et un jardin coloré qui ajoutent une touche paradisiaque. Le jardinier fait un travail exemplaire ! Le logement lui-même est très propre et spacieux, idéal pour quatre personnes. De plus, l’hôte a été extrêmement réactif et professionnel face aux petits ajustements nécessaires durant notre séjour, toujours avec convivialité et efficacité. Nous recommandons à 100 % ce logement à toute personne cherchant un endroit agréable et bien situé à Cabarete. Vous ne serez pas déçus ! Merci encore à Olesky pour cet accueil de qualité.

This space is perfect! Very spacious, sparkling clean, and with all the amenities you could want or need. The outdoor space is also fantastic and well-maintained. Communication was excellent and all of our questions were answered quickly. The location could not be better, with easy access to the beach and all of the restaurants Cabarete has to offer. You should definitely stay here, you won’t be disappointed!

Thank you, Kristy, Facundo and team. This condo was adorable on the inside and had a fantastic view. I was a little nervous being on the first floor but loved that security was right there and a gate from our porch to walk out to the poo and beach. you didn't have to get your sandy feet on your chairs as there was a shower right next to the pool, and a beautiful sun deck overlooking the ocean. there were a few minor hiccups during the week, but Facundo and his team were on it within 30 minutes. the team offered many times to assist us with pharmacy or grocery deliveries and there was never a lack of restaurants. very close to the town center, there were so many restaurants right on the beach (one of which right there on property!). also at the last minute, we added a family member, so they helped us get him a condo as well. All in all, everyone was so welcoming and laid back. This was a wonderful piece of heaven and can't recommend it enough. I will definitely be back.

Our daughters loved Jenni’s place. Beautifully decorated yet casual and comfortable. The views from the balconies were outstanding! Everything was in good working order. And Jenni always responded quickly to any questions we had. The Seawinds property is incredibly beautiful with an outstanding staff that keeps it pristine including the large pool overlooking the ocean. Definitely a 5-Star experience!

Rosa’s beach apartment was absolutely beautiful down to the decorations down to feeling right at home access to a pool and a private beach my family and I had a wonderful time at Rosa’s apartment. I would definitely recommend and would love to come back. Rosa was very nice and polite and very responsive and attentive gave us recommendations to restaurants and things to do around her Airbnb. If you’re looking to have a great time with great atmosphere. This is your go to Airbnb. we cannot thank you enough Rosa.

The place was nice and big with all the necessities. All the restaurants were walkable through the beach or town. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our time at Orilla del Mar. George is a fabulous HOST and he always responded quickly to my questions and also provided updates about property maintenance, etc. The CONDO itself is very spacious and had everything we needed and more. It was also nice to have access to a BBQ. It is a good 20 minute walk to town but for us the LOCATION was perfect. The grounds are very well maintained and the pool area is lovely. The palapa's on the beach were a definite bonus. George made everything easy and we couldn't have found a better place or host. We would not hesitate for a second to return.
