We had the loveliest weekend staying at this beautiful converted barn. Philippa could not have done more to make sure we were well looked after, from making sure the house was warm and well-lit to welcome us late at night, to dropping off fresh eggs from her chickens for our breakfast. We felt instantly at home - the beds and sofas are really comfortable, the space is beautifully done-up, and our children had the most wonderful time watching the horses, chickens and cats from the windows. A really special place to stay and I could not recommend it more highly.

We had a great time at Canny Brow Barn. Everything you could possible think of or need for your stay, Ian and Anne-Marie had thought about, from a cocktail shaker to cleaning products to games. Would highly recommend!

Another great stay at Belle Vue Barn. Gavin went 'above and beyond' and is a great host. A fantastic location, beautiful barn and a friendly host. An absolute must if you are visit the area or venturing further out in Yorkshire. Thank you.

Great setting close to trough of bowland. Lovely to sit outside and watch the lambs while we ate our breakfast in the sun. Comfortable spacious accommodation and Ann was quick to respond to any questions / requests.

Beautiful house, lovely host, in a very idyllic part of Yorkshire. Perfect for big groups who want to get out into nature and maybe grab the odd drunk in a country pub. I researched a lot of Air BnBs in the surrounding area and can say with some confidence that this is the best by far.

Out second time staying, this time at Tanyard Barn, last time in Tanyard Cottage. This stay was just a lovely as the last and is faultless. Michelle is so helpful. When visiting York we will always stay here as close enough to the city but within a countryside, village setting. Have already recommended both properties to friends.

We had an incredible stay at this gorgeous barn! The setting is absolutely picturesque, with beautiful views in every direction — perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The barn itself is cozy, stylish, and full of charm. We especially loved the hot tub, which made the whole experience even more special. Everything was peaceful, quiet, and just what we needed to recharge. We would absolutely return and can’t recommend it enough!

A beautiful space in a peaceful setting, Pat and Neil's barn conversion was perfect for the two of us and our Dog, it had all the amenities you need and was clean and really comfortable. We would stay again and definitely recommend! Really close to Keswick and easy access to the Lake District, loads of shops and restaurants a short drive away in Penrith.

It was everything we had hoped for. Amazing views, I know everyone says that, but genuinely out of this world. The house is set out very well, Everything works as it should. Barry is very helpful. We had a great time, local suggestion would be the Shepherds rest pub for dinner at sunset,

We had a lovely five-night break. The cottage is cosy, but was ideal for the two of us and our little dog. The secure garden was a highlight and perfect for any nervous dogs like ours, as it's peaceful with no one walking by. Nicola was helpful and quick to respond when we couldn't figure out the heating. The bed was very comfy and we slept well. The only thing that would have been helpful was some shower gel as we arrived without any. Otherwise, it was well equipped and the cake and prosecco were a lovely surprise! Thank you Nicola 😊.

Everything in this apartment is good quality. From the kitchen equipment to the linen, mattress, pillows, water pressure, coffee, literally every thing. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The later than usual check out was so helpful and the welcome basket was an incredible touch. There was even a little dog blanket which our mini dachshund immediately took a liking too. We cannot fault this apartment and can highly recommend.

Bella's barn was perfect. It had everything that we needed and it was cleaned to a high standard. Kev went above and beyond to help us out. We had a fabulous time and would highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The Cow Shed is a great place to stay to discover North Yorkshire. Although attached to the owners house it’s extremely private with its own entrance. The views are spectacular and when we were there in late August lavender bushes were flowering all around the property. Lucy was a kind, communicative and attentive host and the information provided in the house about local walks, pubs, restaurants etc was extremely useful. We particularly enjoyed The Square and Compass pub nearby. The house is well equipped and very comfortable. We loved the four poster bed with views across the countryside and the pool table provided hours of entertainment!

Wonderful place to stay! We had a great time and overall was very well maintained! The binder of recommendations was incredible and a welcome basket was a really nice touch! Thank you Angela for ensuring we had a great holiday!

loved Karens place! beutifull old barn with a modern interior. everything you would need for a comfortable stay. we particular liked the log stove made the room really cosy not that you needed it as the central heating was on. gorgeous views from the patio doors. also everything was spotlessly clean. also the lovely hamper karen left with lots of goodies in . definatly top of our list of Air b&b places to stay.

Had a fab stay here! Everything you need. Its very spacious and the hottub is lovely we saw a deer whilst in the hottub one afternoon. Hosts were extremely helpful lovely people would definitly stop again :)

Fabulous short break at Harry’s barn with the two terriers and family. Maulds Meaburn was a treat, pretty and quiet, all be it for the sounds from the newborn lambs taking their first walk around the village green and baby rooks in the rookery. Perfect for chilling, walks around the village and further afield, and other local activities in and around Penrith and the beautiful Eden valley. The doggies appreciated the welcome basket too! Absolute bliss. Brian and Carolyn have clearly put a lot of time and effort into creating this gem. They have thought of everything, no expense has been spared and the result is a comfortable, calming and relaxing space that we would recommend to anyone. They are friendly and welcoming hosts, always responsive and happy to provide tips and advice about the local area. Do try Carolyn's delicious granola! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for a few days' self catering. Everything is spotlessly clean. Great thick curtains in the bedroom and a comfortable bed make for a good night's sleep. The sauna is a real treat, a gorgeous place to unwind with a book and take in the wonderful view. Transport to nearby Hebden Bridge is easy as the bus goes from the top of the drive and the services are regular. There is a good walk down to the town on well established paths; the canal walk through to Mytholmroyd is lovely. We loved it here and hope to return very soon.

As fabulous as expected. Ideal space for two couples, high spec accommodation with lots of room to relax . The kitchen is small if you intend to self cater but the facilities and equipment are excellent. We spent most of the time sat in the dining room watching the peacocks who wandered up to the window each day to be admired. Played tennis and walked into the nearby village along a public footpath 50 mins to a very good pub ( Dawnay Arms ) and evenings in the hot tub . Thoroughly enjoyed it, the host ( Lucy ) is onsite and is welcoming and supportive with communication without any intrusion . No hesitation recommending.

This is our second stay at the cottage 4 adults and our beloved dogs who have had a,great time down by the river and the paddock. Karen and her family are wonderfull people and feeding the lambs was such a treat . We loved our 3 days and we will be back Thankyou karen for your hospitality the cake and prosecco was a lovely treat
