Terfyn Annex

After years of renovation experience, we decided to transform our out house into a self contained annex which comfortably sleeps 2 guests in 1 double bed. We have designed this space using our interest in antique/bespoke furnishings. With each piece of furniture either loved back to life or handmade ourselves. The annex boasts a private En-suite bathroom with power shower, basin & toilet where in addition, basic toiletries are provided. Fresh bedding & towels will also be awaiting your arrival!

It benefits from a secluded patio to the side of the property It sleeps two people in one open plan space so, is ideal for couples or friends alike. It has a modern kitchen and en suite shower room. There is facility to store and dry wet gear. A short walk to the Dinorben Arms. Close to the Offa’s Dyke trail. Airbnb have changed how they collect fees. Prices haven’t gone up I promise. Y Bwthyn is a 3 bedroom contemporary cottage with south facing views over the beautiful north wales countryside. It has been fully renovated throughout, completed in late 2019 ready for the 2020 season. It sleeps 6 people in 3 double bedrooms arranged over two floors. There are 3 bathrooms, a large open plan kitchen/diner area, spacious lounge and laundry room. To the outside there is a patio area to the rear and a courtyard area to the front with seating. There is also ample parking space.

Hawarden House is Prestatyn based. Large house. 8 bedrooms(7 are ensuite), Lounge, kitchen,dining room, Breakfast room, study, also a seperate bathroom and toilet. The property is conveniently situated within five minutes walking distance from Prestatyn Town Centre/train station and 5-10 minutes to the beach. In a prime location,an ideal base to explore North Wales and all its attractions.

Davies Cottage, cosy, comfortable base

A perfect base for exploring the North Wales Coast. A cosy and comfortable place to return to at the end of the day. It has wifi, good quality beds and bedding and a full bathroom, with lots of towels! The Point of Ayr Nature reserve is 5 minutes away, Talacre sand dunes and lighthouse, then Prestatyn further along the coast. Ffynnongroew was a mining village, with 2 pubs a few minutes walk away, along with a take away, Post Office and small convenience store. DOGS ALLOWED, NO CATS.

Ty Hâf is detached, situated next to our own home, with lovely views of the Clwydian hills from the front patio. A place to relax, walk and enjoy this great location. An excellent pub/restaurant, The Dinorben Arms, offers real ales and great food, just a 15 minute walk away. Convenient location for local walks on the hills, along the river or Offas Dyke path. Outdoor pursuits and many other activities are available in the Snowdonia National Park and along the beautiful North Wales Coast.
