The Croft is a sympathetic renovation of a 1772 built barn, renovated in 2016, in the grounds of the owners home. The self contained property has a king size bed, table and chairs, kitchenette which includes a fridge freezer, sink, toaster, kettle, microwave and small oven. There is a level access shower room. There is a multi fuel stove and background electric heating. Free wifi and a TV are also included. There is a small private garden and off street parking. Ideal for beaches and mountains.

Beudy’r Esgob

‘Beudy’r Esgob’ translates as ‘Bishop’s Barn’ and it used to be a hay barn and cow shed. It adjoins our 14th century farmhouse and lies in the village of Gwalchmai, Anglesey. We are within walking distance to Anglesey Show ground & air strip and 10 minutes drive from Rhosneigr and its beaches. We would be a super base for those visiting Anglesey Circuit at Tŷ Croes as we have plenty of parking space for car trailers. We also have another listing, ‘Stablau’r Esgob’ which may be of interest.

A rejuvenating walk along the Anglesey Coastal Path gets you to Traeth Llanddwyn Beach, where you can take a dip or a paddle or walk around Llanddwyn Island nature reserve, before returning for a snug evening in front of the wood burner. Our cabin is at the bottom of the garden - and behind that is a disused railway line - owls hoot of a night - wood pigeons coo - robins are nesting. The cabin has a double bed and a double bed settee to accommodate children. The cabin is self contained and energy efficient and environmentally friendly as is practical.
