Wonderful serene property on the river. Only downside was us not being able to stay longer. Definately will be back to enjoy it longer Great amenities. Clean and comfortable.

Beautiful home immaculately clean, and surprisingly spacious, providing ample room for our group to relax and enjoy each other's company.Such a serene atmosphere with waterfront views. Kids also appreciated the arcade games and puzzles. Would highly recommend.

The place was fantastic! Exactly as pictured except the pics don’t do the decor justice. We enjoyed the beautiful view of falling snow through the massive windows. The place was cozy and well-stocked. I could have happily spent much longer there!

The house was beautiful! And fit all of us pretty good! Had everything that we needed. Area's we could spend time, and I personal loved the views and areas to go on walks. The only downside was when it was windy the entire house was drafty. other than that it worked great for us!

We had a wonderful stay here! Henry was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. Great home for a family stay and close to kings beach and Northstar. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked and bonus points for having a rice cooker available. Would stay here again!

Great location and stay was comfortable. There are a lot of rooms and beds and bathrooms which we really liked. The hot tub wasn’t super hot even though we made the temperature go as high as it could. Due to icicles and snow, the grill was also out of commission.

We loved staying at this beautiful spot among the trees surrounded by lots of snow. This place is very comfortable with all the amenities you could want on vacation (even a coffee grinder, coffee machine, and filters). It is very close the Lake Tahoe and right down the road from Raley’s grocery store, kid-friendly restaurants, and sledding hills and ski slopes. The beds were comfortable. The place was spotless. We had a wonderful time with our little family. We highly recommend staying here!

The house was well appointed and clean. The carpets were as clean as can be expected in a main room/dining room but had some stains. The hot tub was great, beds were comfy, overall a great layout for family vacation. I wish there had been a baby gate available for the very steep stairs off the main room. I would recommend for older kids only without a gate.

Global's listing was well worth the visit. It is such a peaceful spot both inside and out. We walked around the lake, worked out in the gym, ate at the restaurant next door, had coffee and bagels at the coffee shop downstairs, watched 2 late nite movies on the ultra wide screen TV and utilized the well stocked kitchen to warm up left overs and make popcorn. It was so easyto just to relax around the complex, however we were also so close to all the activities we planned...15 minutes from the Belice musical that we attended in Reno, 7 minutes from the rifle range in Sparks, and 15 minutes from the Automotive Museum in Reno. Oh and the bed was super comfy!! This was an amazing getaway to celebrate my husband's 65th birthday. Thanks to Chris for sharing his space & hospitality!

We enjoyed the pool, the amazing gym and the relaxing quiet space! I highly recommend it!!!

We loved our stay!! We didn’t get to enjoy all of the amenities because we were busy at a volleyball tournament most of the time, but the place was wonderful to come home to every night!

Finding the unit was tricky the first time, but it all made sense the second time. Perhaps Lusso could better warn guests that finding the place might be tricky initially, and to give extremely detailed instructions upon finding the place. I was in Sparks/Reno, not my favorite places given that getting anywhere requires not just driving but lots of it, and, I was there for three intense work weeks. But the unit proved a good refuge from everything. And, most important for me, the kitchen was quite serviceable. I took my own knives, but never had to get them out. Parking is especially easy, with the assigned space near the door to the hallway leading to unit. The hallway leading to the unit is a bit sketchy with stained carpet and smells. The unit could have used better lighting in the living area, but I adjusted by moving the floor lamp by the couch to being over the dining/work table.

This is the third time we stayed with the Lusso’s. That tells you something. They checked on us from time to time and provided contact info if anything was needed. Well done Lusso’s!

We had a lovely stay overall! The high ceilings made the space feel open and airy, and the cozy fireplace added such a warm touch. Everything was comfortable and well-equipped. The only small surprise was the lighting—especially in the kitchen, where it had more of a greenish tone rather than the warm yellow glow shown in the photos. Other than that, everything was great, and we really enjoyed our time here!

Great location and host was very responsive. Quickly arranged for a new coffee machine when the existing one was broken.

We had another Airbnb booked for the weekend, but when we arrived, we discovered smoke damage and had to find a last-minute alternative. Thankfully, we found Beth’s listing—and what a lifesaver! She responded immediately, allowed us to check in early, and even provided a parking pass so we could head straight to the slopes without any added stress. The place was cozy, convenient, and exactly what we needed. We’ll definitely be booking with Beth again in the near future!
