The house was very nice and a short walk to the shops and restaurants. It would be a great place to stay during ski season, unfortunately the mountain closed the day we arrived. You could walk to a very nice rec center as well. It was nice to have all the streaming services on the TV. The kitchen was very well stocked which is important to us since we love to cook. Lori was very responsive to any questions.

Fantastic stay! Beautiful and clean place with plenty of room for 6 of us to have a very comfortable stay. Kim was super friendly, responsive, and accommodating at every stage. Having a garage was a huge plus, and also being right on the shuttle line to access the village restaurants/shops, ski resort, and rec center. Kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again!!

We had an amazing time at this property. Small family reunion, barbecue, and hang for Labor Day Weekend in a beautiful spacious property. Grocery store about 10 minutes away. Everything you could want in a little mountain getaway. Amazing response time and clear answers from our host. Such a great time.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house exceeded our expectations. It was equipped with everything you can think of and more. The beds were plush, the furnishings were high end and the house had some nice touches like the oversized kitchen, the arcade game (favorite of kids and dads), the hot tub and the location couldn't be beat. The Northstar shuttle offered quick and convenient access to the Village amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only thing to note is there are a lot of levels so anyone with mobility issues, it may not work well for. Other than that, we would give our stay, the house and the management communication an 11 out of 10!

Had an awesome stay here! The living room has this one magical, single-person sofa that basically became my throne. I spent way too many hours lying on it—gaming, napping, and just embracing peak chill vibes. If this sofa could talk, it would probably ask me to get a job. The bunk bed room is surprisingly spacious too. I’m 6 feet tall and not once did I have to fold myself like a lawn chair to fit. Big win! Overall, cozy spot, great energy, and 10/10 would lounge again.

Wonderful place to stay. Hosts were great and gave clear instructions. The property is exactly as advertised and was close to food and bars with cheap Uber rides to everything. Overall great experience!

We had the absolute best time here! The house is somehow even nicer in person than it looks online. It was exceptionally clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beds and couches were so comfortable and check-in / check- out process were so smooth! Cannot say enough good things about this house and our experience. We will definitely be coming back here!

John's place was exactly as described. Super spacious, clean, quiet. The home was close to the heart of town, and only 8-10 minutes from the airport. The kitchen had everything you would need for cooking, plus the added touch of oils, spices, tea and coffee. It was a great stay, we would definitely book this again if ever in Reno.

This house is very nice. It’s very peaceful and relaxing. The view from the house is beautiful! We will definitely be staying again when we go back.

Really nice place to stay while we took our family snowboarding and skiing. Clean, secure and comfortable. Comfy beds and furniture. Nice place to come home to at the end of a busy day.

Place was perfect for our party of five. We enjoyed the poker table, video game machine and cozy loft area. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms are nice and the remodeled bathroom with sauna is lovely. We recommend this property and would stay here again if we return to Incline Village.

This is our second stay at Kim’s place, and it was just as smooth as before. It has all necessary amenities, the garage/game room is great for kids, and the beds are all super comfy. Really enjoyed our stay.

Modern and simple interior. Feels recently renovated. Everything was super clean and worked perfectly. Excellent amenities. Two full sized bedrooms. Easy check in. Very good value for money. And it was a great pleasure to meet Merlin!

A beautiful property on the golf course! We stayed here for a multi-family ski trip and the double en-suite bedrooms were perfect. They are very responsive to messages. The hot tub unfortunately wasn't working on the day of arrival, but the owners/management were very prompt and attentive on sending someone out to inspect it and fix it, even for a weekend. The house is very homey and the kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans, appliances. A few of the bathrooms have heated floors which was a nice perk. Shuttle to Northstar is very easy to use with the app and picks up at the end of the driveway.

One of the best we have stayed in. Beautiful decor, comfortable bed, wonderful kitchen. Thanks for the awesome stay. Look forward to staying again.

This is our second time staying at Jason's place and like the first time, we were very comfortable and felt like it's a home away from home. The house is clean and had everything we needed. There were snacks and bottles of water in the fridge when we arrived which we appreciated very much after a long drive. We'll definitely stay here again next time!

I booked this for my parents and my siblings and they had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly accommodating and friendly from the moment I booked. Communication was prompt and helpful throughout, making check-in and any questions a breeze. The space was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. Highly recommend staying here—I’d definitely book again!

Nico & Elizabeth saved my family’s Thanksgiving…literally!!! We had booked another place for our family in JULY. The morning of our first night’s stay, the other host cancelled with no explanation whatsoever. It literally took 10 hours to rebook another house close to our destination through Airbnb. Nico was so responsive & great to us, & their house was just perfect…super cozy but spacious, very clean & the location was wonderful!!! I cannot thank Nico enough for his quick responsiveness, generousity & for making what could have turned out to be a frustrating, terrible Thanksgiving holiday into a great family weekend & reunuion!! My brothers thank you as well!!!!

Lovely home with all the amenities. Quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Close to everything we needed. We will definitely look this home up for our next Reno visit!

Dani was great. I arrived in Reno late night with my fiancé and we had another air bnb booked. Unfortunately there was problems and we were not able to stay at that air bnb. Desperately needing a place to stay and start the trip, I booked with Dani around 10pm who approved the request almost instantly. She was very friendly and a great host
