This room offers the comfort of an apartment, as it was a one-room apartment in the 1960s. After a loving renovation, you enter via the front door/stairwell on the ground floor. It features a spacious shower room. The room is equipped with a double bed (160x200), a 50-inch Full HD TV (including Prime) and a 3D Blu-ray player, as well as a small refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and dishes, including coffee and various teas. Free parking is available directly in front of our building.

The lovingly furnished 75 m² apartment in the district Maxglan West (Salzburg city) is located on the 2nd floor of a multiple dwelling. My wife, me and our 2 children live on the floor below. The bright apartment with attics has just been partly renovated and newly furnished. It is also well equipped for the needs of families. We offer a small play corner, a crib if required and a high chair. All windows in the flat have child safety locks. NEW: A washer-dryer is available free of charge.

Im Sommer 2020 wurden 2 Niedrig-Energie-Holzhäuser aus heimischen Hölzern komplett schadstofffrei erbaut. Ein Ort des Loslassen, des Durchatmens. Mit eignem Garten u Süd-West-Terrasse. Das Ferienhaus verfügt über einen großen Wohnraum mit Schreinerküche, Esstisch und Schlafsofa mit Federkern-Matratze (200 x 160 cm) und einem Schlafzimmer & Bad mit Dusche.
