Tucked away in the village of Preston, surrounded by orchards, you'll enjoy a peaceful 'get-away' yet be in easy reach of local amenities and Kent's stunning coastline. The studio is blissfully quiet, set back from the cottage with its own entrance under a vine-covered pergola, with access to a large garden. Your host is happy to interact as much or as little as you like, and will gladly share the best experiences the area has to offer.

Annex at the bottom of our garden with its own patio area with views of the pool and garden. Birchington chalet is 5 minutes walk to the sea or the railway station and the village centre, where you will find all amenities . You’ll love our chalet, it is comfortable airy, has a large walk in shower,a self contained kitchen and secure parking. It is a short walk to Minnis Bay where you can enjoy beach life, then good food and wine while you watch the stunning sunset at The Minnis. We welcome couples, singles, business travellers, cyclists, watersport enthusiasts walkers, and families.

Rose Lodge is a beautiful park home set within the grounds to our home. The property is entered via electric gates, with parking for two cars, private courtyard garden and use of lawn area to front. The property boasts central heating, wifi, TV, two bedrooms, master bedroom benefiting from an en-suite toilet, family shower room, open plan lounge/dining and kitchen with range cooker, dishwasher, microwave and integrated fridge/freezer.
