Farmstay on a 14 acre farm Queen bed loft upstairs. Down stairs has a bathroom, kitchen with sink, stove, oven, microwave, and complimentary kitchen-cups . There is a twin sleeper sofa in living room. Front and back porch, wireless internet and RukuTv. 14 acre farm with walking trails, old mill and creek. Cleaning fee $50 and Pet fee $25 day. Welcome to John Pope Cabin Nestled in foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, John Pope Cabin overlooks an open field where hawks hunt, bears sometimes stroll, and our neighbors’ horses peer over the fence. Feel free to pet them but don’t feed them! Built in 1865 by a Confederate soldier returning from the Civil War birthed and raised 11 children here. The cabin remains rustic, comfortable, and full of character. Ahh…the porch. Relax in the swing, watch the fields change with the light.

Historic St. Mary's City, MD

1,000 square foot two-bedroom, one bath waterfront apartment features separate entrance and a screened-in porch overlooking the St. Mary’s River. Property has a large dock and a small private beach. Jellyfish, crabs, and oysters make swimming challenging, although many swim off the dock in the deeper water. No Diving! Dogs are welcome. We just ask that they be on a leash. The apartment is attached to part of the house where we reside, although it is sealed off and nothing is shared.
