The Snug was the perfect creative and cozy space for a visit to the Twin Cities for a songwriting conference. Douglas went above and beyond every step of the way. The space was meticulously crafted and staged, which made me feel like a VIP in the best way. Everything was perfectly clean, and the sauna was a real showstopper. Honestly, the pictures don’t do the space justice! The space is fully private, but the hosts do live upstairs — that being said, they were so quiet, I could hardly believe they were home until I would hear an occasional footstep overhead. They were so considerate! Douglas did an excellent job of proactively communicating about things that could have caused confusion or frustration for a guest, such as parking, which can be a bit tricky to find if you get in late at night, but his recommendations made it seamless to navigate. Great customer service! I felt so welcome and taken care of — I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay. Everything was clean and convenient. The kitchen had what we needed to host a family member for dinner. They had disposable toothbrushes in the bathrooms, which was a small gesture but a nice touch, as one of us had forgotten ours.

Brett’s loft is in a premium apartment building and has good amenities, including a nice gym, private balcony, shared roof deck, and club room. Kitchen is nicely appointed, beds are nice, and furniture is comfortable. Will stay here again.

Great place to stay! We were with our 8 month old and Brett made the space so welcoming and helpful, as we were travelling internationally. Highly recommend staying here!

I’ve stayed at the R7 loft for a few years now, always a 3-4 day stay for the State Wrestling Tournament. The location is perfect, just far enough away from the craziness of the Excel area, yet very walkable to get there when needed. The R7 building itself is always very clean, well maintained and extremely secure. The apartments are more spacious than the photos show and they are always clean. Be courteous with your behavior(voices) when walking through the massive hallways, the echoes are very loud and there are permanent residents that live there. Brett, is a pleasure as a host, extremely accommodating and will go above and beyond to make sure that your stay is as pleasant as possible. Thanks again for another wonderful stay Brett! The building is nice and secure. Walking distance to a lot of different restaurants in the neighborhood, and all of the basics you'll need. In unit washer and dryer was nice. Everything was new and fresh in the apartment. Balcony for fresh air. Parking can be tricky. It's first come, first serve street parking. If you try to park after 8, you could have to walk a block or so. Description of the unit says there is on-site parking for a premium. It's not accurate. Overall, it was a great deal for a nice unit in a new, secure building.

Easy check in, plenty of on street parking, a lot of local places within walkable distances. Quieter than I expected, especially being street level. Comfortable all around.

The place was great, clean, well equipped, and a great location. I was a little frustrated by the extensive background check before check-in. Also, the parking was a bit of a challenge, not a problem in April but parking a block and a half to 2 blocks away in the winter would be a problem.

Amar's place is exactly what I needed: a cozy little nook in Uptown, close to lots of great restaurants and stellar public transit, while also being a quiet little oasis on a tree-lined street. I would not hesitate to stay here again, or to recommend to others♥️ The space is cozy, so it might be tight for more than two people, but it was perfect for just me 🙏 It had everything I needed, and then some.

This place was remarkable, me and my children and grandson were in Minnesota to visit Mall of America and the NOX Place was perfectly located for us to get to the Mall and other local surroundings. We felt safe, peaceful, it’s was a home away from home. Thanks for such a great stay.

He is the kindest host I have ever met! All were perfect. Two pets were cute and friendly. The time to check out was 11 am but he let me stay longer for some reasons. I appreciate everything!

I was able to work from the kitchen table- where there was cereal, lots of cut up fruit and homemade mini muffins- which were delicious! They made the availability of the kitchen area open which was really appreciative. Super nice people. The bed was very comfortable and the tub was super deep- which was nice soak in. The neighborhood was beautiful! Walked many miles. easy access to the very inexpensive public transportations systems. Thanks for the opportunity to stay with your family.

Ronda was a great host. We did not lack for any amenity. Beds were very comfy and it was quiet at night. We felt right at home and appreciated all the little extras and recommendations for food nearby. We walked to the grocery store and a number of restaurants. Really enjoyed our stay.

Clean, small, and private bedroom on the 3rd floor of a large historic home. Shared bathroom across the hall. Kitchen with all the amenities (including a coffee machine) on the 1st floor. The room was really quiet at night and had a nice window. Short walk to all the shops and restaurants. The house is in a beautiful historic neighborhood.

Mauro e Maria são muito amigáveis e nos sentimos como se estivéssemos hospedados na casa de um amigo. A casa é linda, limpa e aconchegante. Maria deixa tudo ainda mais lindo com flores no jardim. Não usamos a academia nem a piscina, mas tudo estava impecavelmente limpo. Super recomendo a estadia.

Great house in a great location! Easy, walkable access to best of W 7th Street restaurants and entertainment. House is roomy, comfortable and was perfect for our family.
