Distributed over three independent levels that rise under impressive wooden beam ceilings and are connected by a beautiful spiral staircase, this house is designed for those who love to discover spaces with soul. El Espacio Each level of the house is a different chapter that reveals itself at your own pace: The First Level - Meeting and Outdoors: A vibrant social space that integrates a fully equipped kitchen with a bar for 6 people and a comfortable living room with a full bathroom. The great secret of this plant is its direct access to a lush colonial cobblestone courtyard. Guarded by an ancient historic stone fountain and surrounded by greenery, it's the perfect spot to breathe the morning air in absolute privacy. The Second Level - The Versatile Shelter: Going up the spiral stairs, the space opens up to a floor dedicated to tranquility with beautiful wood finishes. It has a separate bedroom and a cozy seating area with TV and book shelves that invite you to pause the day. This level extends to a covered balcony that hides the house's favorite disconnect corner, ideal for losing track of time.
