Q by the Lake is a stunning stand-alone home positioned above the shores of Lake Wakatipu and is walking distance to Queenstown's town centre. You can enjoy spectacular lake and mountain views throughout the house particularly from the balcony which provides generous spaces for alfresco dining during the summer months. The lush carpet, comfortable beds and internal elevator are an added bonus. We use professional cleaners and hired linen to ensure our home is cleaned to the highest standards

It’s a new Jacks Point home with great views of the mountains and golf course and very close to the Remarkable’s ski field! The house is located a skip and a hop from the clubhouse to go grab coffee or a meal. The rooms have built in wardrobes & share a large bathroom with a powder room downstairs also. Warm with electric fireplace, heat pump and under floor heating to keep cozy.

You have your own private bathroom and separate bedroom and toilet which is totally private and not shared.
