Our architecturally designed little home by award winning architect, Anna-Marie Chin is nestled against beautiful exposed schist rock in a stunning landscape. There are 3 acres of land to roam on and the views from the land are stunning! The lounge has north facing high angled windows allowing all day sun and provides stunning views of the hills beyond and the gorgeous Central Otago landscape. From the west sliding doors and the built in window seat you have stunning views of the Remarkables. The Queenstown trail is right outside your door so it is a fabulous location for walking and biking. Come and stay and see for yourself!

We offer a double-glazed private room with own access, shower, bathroom, microwave, stoves suitable to cook breakfast/light meals, fridge, toaster and kettle. It is a small unit but select and it is not part of the main house which guarantees ultimate privacy for you. Great to explore the local tracks (private access to reserve/track), 5 mins walk to Kawarau Falls. Close to the shops, cafes, restaurants and public transport. Golf course, pool, airport and rental car hire in walking distance.

Wifi and TV. Bed is set up as a super king but can be separated to accommodate 2 single beds on request. Keyless electronic entry.

A sun filled one-bedroom, bathroom , studio with king size bed attached to our new home with stunning views of the Remarkables. The living area includes a dinning table, 2 seater sofa, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is NO oven or cooktop. The bathroom includes towels and a hairdryer. A 10-min drive from Frankton shops , New World supermarket and the airport, and a 5min walk to The Farmhouse café and shop. The suite has its own private entrance with a lock box.

Welcome on Walton - Cosy One Bedroom Unit

You'll feel right at home in this comfortable, warm one bedroom unit. Fully self contained accomodation with full kitchen facilities, oven & washer/dryer. Located in a quiet neighbourhood yet under 10 mins drive to airport & main shopping centre. Features a private entrance & lockable storage for skis & gear. Unit is newly constructed with modern amenities & comforts such as under tile heating. Explore the outdoors with the Shotover river & trail only a few mins stroll away.

Peninsula Stopover

Warm, comfortable, private, and spacious. Close to the airport. A two-minute walk to the lake track, a short walk to the Queenstown Ferry, and a ten-minute boat ride into Queenstown - the best way to get into the main town to avoid the traffic, and it's fun. Henrietta's Hut

Henrietta's Hut is a delightfully whimsical, traditional styled Shepherds Hut, named after a previous owner of our Heritage Property where the wagon now resides. Henrietta, once lived at this very address and grew lavender and flowers in the garden to make soaps and lotions. Conveniently located between Queenstown & Arrowtown, this is the perfect base to retreat back too after exploring everything the adventure capital of the world has on offer.

The Barn - Private Studio Unit

Our property is situated in the beautiful Speargrass Flat Area in a private secluded setting with views of Coronet Peak and the Remarkable Ski Fields. We are a five minute drive from Arrowtown and a 15 minute drive from the Queenstown Airport or the Town Centre. We are also only minutes away from joining the Queenstown walking and cycle trails. Behind our hedges you will find a lovely sunny area with ample off street parking.

Garden Studio

A self contained studio with queen sized bed, living area, kitchen & ensuite. A new build, this is a warm and cosy space in a private garden setting with spectacular mountain views and easy access to walks and trails in the Lower Shotover area. We are located 5 minutes from bus stop and a leisurely 10 min stroll to shops (supermarket, restaurants, cafes, etc). Hosts live on site and are happy to share their local knowledge.
