Punta Umbría: aluguel por temporada com terraço

Todo perfecto. La casa estaba limpia y tenía todo lo básico para pasar unos días. Desde un principio buena y rápida comunicación con el anfitrión. La casa está al lado de la calle Ancha, pero aún así no hay ruido por las noches. Muy cerca de la playa. Muy contentos con nuestra estancia.

Mooi appartement in een hele mooie omgeving. Slechts een paar minuten lopen naar het water en allerlei voorzieningen. Ruimte eigen parkeerplaats in het gebouw. Dit is één van de betere appartementen in het complex omdat het aan de kant van de zon zit. Communicatie met de verhuurder verloopt heel prettig. Een aanrader!

A fantastic apartment in a great location. It was spotlessly clean, all the linen was of a good quality. The kitchen was superbly equipped with everything you needed and more. We spent a lot of time on the lovely balcony overlooking the pool - great for wine and cheese in the evening! The pool was amazing, quiet, plenty of beds, and a bar if you wanted a drink, It was only a 5 minute walk to all the restaurants and the ferry to the beach. Sad to leave but we will return!

Óptima estadia e apartamento muito confortável!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in der Casa Maria 2. Die Lage ist super zentral und man hat Meerblick. Rita, die Schwester von Daniela, war immer für uns erreichbar und hat sich sofort gekümmert, als wir durch starken Regen einen Stromausfall hatten. Einzige die laute Lüftung auf der Dachterrasse von dem Restaurant im Erdgeschoss hätte erwähnt werden können.

Apartamento impecable, prácticamente nuevo y muy limpio. En zona tranquila y cercana a todo. Paco quien nos recibió nos aconsejó buenos sitios y fue encantador.

The apartment is fantastic. Great location, lovely village and the medieval festival was delightful. Th apartment is spacious, meticulously clean and equipped with everything that you need for a comfortable stay. The secure parking space was particularly useful and a real asset to the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Lucia’s place. We stayed with two small kids for 2,5 weeks and had a great time. The apartment is very spacious, pretty and has all necessary amenities. The outdoor space is also very nice. Sunny and private. Lucia was a great host and the communication with her was smooth.

We had a lovely stay at Casa Bonita, wonderful space and features, well equipped, comfortable beds. We enjoyed the outside eating area and terraces, once the weather improved. It was our first visit to Olhao and the eastern algarve. The Casa is within easy walking distance to the superb fish and fresh produce markets, ferries, restaurants and bars. We caught the ferry to Armona once and Farol twice and ate at the hosts recommended places, particularly loved the beach bar Maramais. We hired bikes from Cool Bike rentals and cycled the path to Fuseta and back, really enjoyed cycling through the salt pans and seeing all the bird life and wildflowers. Definitely hope to return.

Un séjour magnifique dans une région incroyable. Une belle découverte. La ville d’Olhao est superbe. L’appartement est situé idéalement, proche de tout les commodités. Il correspond tout à fait aux photos du site. Merci à Cindy et Sergio pour leur gentillesse, disponibilité et réactivité. Rana was the best host - kind, proactive responsive, flexible--- all the great things you'd love to have. She even arranged a desk for us in the bedroom so we both had separate spaces to work. The apartment was great and had all the things we needed and more. We loved the area - perfect for walks on the boardwalk and through the neighborhoods. Rana and her family were more than welcoming and even left us eggs and oranges ;) The outdoor space at the house is also lovely and very well kept (including a wonderful looking pool) we will have to come back when there is less rain to enjoy. Highly recommend.

Had a fantastic stay. Was a great welcome by Isabel and was super easy check in and out. It was a perfect location to the main street with a brilliant selection of beautiful restaurants and shops. The home was lovely, really homely and had everything you need. We loved the rooftop view it was nice and private also. It's perfect location to everything with lots to do with the trips to the islands and Train station was just a few minutes walk away spent the day going to different places like Tavira & Monte Gordo and many more. We will definitely come back to stay again in the future

Hemos estado cuatro días, todo perfecto, limpio y cómodo, Juan Antonio estaba pendiente de todo anticipándose a nuestras preguntas, una estancia de diez, intentaremos volver, hemos estado varias veces en la zona y nos encanta...

We had a wonderful 4 week stay in this Central Tavira Townhouse, which was exactly as described in the listing. David met us at Faro airport and drove us to the house, which saved us worrying about finding a taxi and the right address. We were greeted with a huge welcome food box including not just tea, coffee, milk etc for our first night but also bread, bacon, eggs, beans, water, beer and wine. As we're both not very mobile, we found several supermarkets a short and inexpensive taxi ride away. Nearby was the river and a good selection of every type of restaurant. We like to explore and loved that the local bus station was just across the road from the townhouse. We visited much of the Algarve very easily by bus. The property is huge with two big bedrooms, two bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. The back garden was lovely to sit out in the sunshine and we enjoyed several BBQs. Overall an excellent stay that we would highly recommend.

La casa está equipada con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Limpieza excelente. Brian, nos informó muy bien de todo; supermercados, playas...etc. Nuestra estancia ha sido muy reconfortante. Sin duda un lugar que recomendaremos.

O apartamento localiza-se numa urbanização tipo condomínio fechado, num bloco com a melhor vista de todo o empreendimento. No terraço/ varanda de trás encontramos tudo para desfrutar das vistas e do bom tempo, sofás e cadeirões, almofadas e 2 espreguiçadeiras. No interior, as fotografias falam por si, mas tudo é uma preciosidade, sobretudo para quem aprecia detalhes. O único senão é o facto de a piscina ter horário restrito, é pena não dar para ir de manhã. De resto, precisa de ir de carro para fazer compras, tomar refeições, ir à praia, etc. No geral, uma experiência muito positiva!

I visited my boyfriend in Rota back in Nov and occupied Jose listing for 12 days , our stay was great so we decided to stay here again 18 day this month January. Everything was the same. Great check in , good communication , and accommodated us in every way that they could. The place is spacious, clean and very secure. Love this location it has become my permanent stay when I visit Rota ❤️

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit bei Elvira in der kleinen Dachgeschoss Wohnung. Die Terrasse mit Grill ist ein absolutes Highlight! Ansonsten gibt es alles was man benötigt und die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist super - man ist fußläufig schnell bei allem was man braucht in der süßen Altstadt! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! :)

Wunderschön und erholsam. Wir waren nun das vierte Jahr in Folge hier und haben es wieder sehr genossen. Fatima und Tiago sind tolle Gastgeber und sehr herzliche Menschen.

Una estancia muy buena para ir en familia. Cerca de la playa, zona tranquila y hay cerca un supermercado que hay de todo. Todo funcionaba a la perfección y muy bien el apartamento muy bien equipado. La anfitriona muy atenta en todo momento, gracias Meraky. Un fin de semana maravilloso en familia. Recomendamos el apartamento 100%

What a lovely apartment. The terrace was amazing, so big and well equipped Mary and Roger were so helpful with wonderful suggestions. We would highly recommend this Airbnb. There was an amazing restaurant around the corner called Alma. it's only open 12 - 3 but the food was amazing and one of the cheapest places we ate at. The apartment is well within walking distance to everything. We woukd definitely stay here again . Thanks again Mary and Roger
