Puerto Aventuras: apartamentos para aluguel por temporada

Nous avons passé 5 jours chez Anna à Playa del Carmen pour clôturer notre roadtrip mexicain . Anna avait tout préparé pour notre arrivée. Elle a été super pour notre accueil, pour répondre à nos questions et pour nous proposer des activités. L’appartement est top avec sa terrasse, la cuisine est hyper bien équipée. La résidence est un oasis dans la ville. Nous pouvons tout faire à pied. Je recommande vivement cet appartement.

The condo was great. Beautiful space with very nice/spacious rooms and bathrooms. Great pool and quiet community. We arrived in the dark and we did struggle to initially find the property once we did arrive. The “IKANA” sign did not stand out in the dark. Once we found the place though, everything was great. It is walkable to all the restaurants and the golf course. Very likely I will be staying here again. Highly recommend.

This Airbnb is in a great location. Grocery stores are a block away, as well as a fruit stand and several restaurants. The apartment was nice and clean, the air conditioning worked great and the pool was refreshing. As others have noted there is a bar near by that plays loud music…but you can just dance along or wear ear plugs. Our stay was wonderful.

Great stay! The place was very clean, easy to access, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and communication with the host was smooth and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

I had the perfect stay here! :) It was super clean and the apartment had everything one would need. Don't worry about missing your gym routine because the gym is great and the apartment is in a fantastic location in PDC. Walkable to everything you need. View is great from balcony. It is close to downtown and ferry. It is short Taxi ride to international cruise pier and you will be able to see Cruises docking in port next to apartment every other day too.

The building and grounds were absolutely immaculate! Beautifully manicured. The photos of the rooftop pool area does not truly do the area justice. It was such an incredible space. The apartment was so neat and clean! The towels and linens were good quality. They even smelled great. You could tell they were freshly laundered. The kind size bed was extremely comfortable. Loved that there was a ceiling fan. The apartment has everything you could need for a long or short term stay. The location was great. Super quick walk to the beach, convenience stores and many delicious restaurants. Such a great value. We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book here again. Thank you Mati, for sharing your gorgeous place with us.

Manoli was extremely responsive and helpful. She helped me with so many questions prior to our arrival. She was also very flexible when our flight was changed and we were coming in late. She rebooked our transportation for us! Her place was spotless and the kitchen had everything we needed. It is very updated with a great layout. There are 3 decks and a rooftop to take in the breeze and views . She also had beach chairs and an umbrella for us to use. Very peaceful place. The place is so close and walkable to many different areas of Playa. There are markets near by and tons of delicious food. We also felt very safe. We enjoyed coming home each evening after long days in the sun to the pool, AC and the rooftop breeze. We didn’t want to leave! Manoli was quickly attentive to all our needs, vey friendly, and easy to communicate with. We will be back!

We enjoyed our month long stay. We would come back again! The space was roomy, and bright. We made good use of the back yard to relax watch the nature, enjoy morning coffee. The AC, hot water in the shower, Internet all worked well. We appreciated the air fryer provided by the host as there is no oven allowing us more variety of meals that could be prepared. The induction took some getting used as the heat would fluctuate, overall it sufficed. The area is walkable with restaurants, grocery about a 10 min walk, beach about 15 min. We made use of the beach chairs and umbrella which was a thoughtful touch. Laurie& Manuel are very responsive & pleasant to communicate with. Would highly recommend this place to others. Excelente ubicación, buena comunicación por parte del anfitrión, Edson y su papá estuvieron pendiente de nuestra llegada. La casa estaba ordenada y limpia cuando llegamos, la alberca está limpia. Es una buena opción para hospedarse en Playa del Carmen.

I had a great stay for my second time in playacar. Having access to the bikes was great as it made getting to the reef hotel and playa del Carmen that much easier! I thoroughly enjoyed using the beach at the reef as well as the pool at the complex. It is very close to several restaurants and stores. Great value for money!

The rooftop pool was the absolute gem of the stay for us. Concierge staff lovely and helpful especially for English only speaking guests. We missed having a tv in the living room (only in bedrooms). View from windows of mangrove area so very private and cool. Two streets off Calle5 with restaurants, and easy to walk a few more blocks to more local restaurants. It was hard to leave!

Everything as expected. Clean. There's street parking (free) right in front of the apartment. Check in was easy, Josue was waiting for me when I arrived.

Beautiful place and great, responsive hosts who were willing to accommodate us quickly and efficiently. Quite a walking distance from Quinta but safe area to stay and they do provide a lot of instructions on the best ways to navigate your surroundings. Definitely worth every penny and is a peaceful place for rest and relaxation.

I had an excellent stay -thanks Valentina! All the amenities were as advertised. I would happily return. A tip if you are a light sleeper, pack good ear plugs- the local dogs can get a bit noisy in the morning! The people and shopkeepers in the neighbourhood are very polite and friendly. Your “ por favor” and “ gracias” always are appreciated. I would advise unless you rent a car or like to walk 15-20 minutes to centro,a heads up the sidewalks can be uneven and if you’re not careful can be tricky to navigate- get the whattsapp number for local taxi or moto taxi (tuk tuk - scooter taxi) driver for trips to the supermarket or restaurants in the centro. I highly recommend Guido’s for excellent upscale Italian food and Casa Mission for traditional Mexican food in an old colonial home surrounded by beautiful gardens. Many excellent neighbourhood restaurants. Sundays are best for exploring the Centro as there are no cruise ships .It’s a stunningly beautiful island with many unique areas .

Questo è in assoluto il miglior alloggio che abbia trovato a Playa del Carmen fino ad oggi! Non c’è la minima traccia di umidità o cattivo odore, silenzioso, comodissimo, bellissimo! Ho affittato un penthouse su 2 piani che vale ogni singolo centesimo che ho pagato. La jacuzzi è un sogno, il letto in terrazza un’esperienza magnifica di notte sotto le stelle.. la comunicazione con i responsabili della proprietà altrettanto efficiente. Lavatrice nuova e perfettamente funzionante, anche l’aria condizionata in ottimo stato. Bagni e flusso dell’acqua eccellente, niente di sporco oppure ossidato o con calcare. Metterei 10 stelle se fosse possibile. Sarà il mio alloggio di sempre per tutte le volte che tornerò a Playa del Carmen!

This was ine of our best airbnb stays in 12 years of using airbnb. The house is much better than on the pictures and the host family are true hospitality people. They are lovely!! Is is located in a very quiet are of Akumal, very safe (!) and close to a few restaurants and bars. The pool is very large, the kitchen is very well equipped. The house has everything you will need and more. Snorkels are provided, a cleaner comes daily to clean, etc. The house is in amazing condition and like brand new. We loved our stay and I can recommend this place to anyone! You will love it.

Very responsive host, great area and amenities, would love to come again and stay!

Nous sommes ravie d'avoir pu séjourner chez vous, l'appartement est fidèle aux photos ainsi que le rooftop avec une très belle vue. Il y a tout à proximité car situé en bas de la 5eme avenue. Le soir on peut entendre la musique exterieur mais cela ne nous à pas empêcher de dormir. La seule chose qui nous a chagriné c'est le personnel que parle que très peu anglais et nous a refuser de nous donner un rouleau de papier toilette et le code de l'accès à la porte était erroné ce qui nous a fait perdre du temps. Pour le reste, vous ne regretterez aucunement de choisir ce logement qui repondra à vos besoins, nous reviendrons sans hesitation!

Excelente lugar para quedarte en Playa del Carmen! Súper cerca de la quinta avenida y de la playa pública! La alberca en el roof es padrísima y tiene Jacuzzi tmb! Eric súper atento a tus necesidades!

The place was… fine, but very mid for the price. Much smaller than expected — my partner is over 180 cm and had to hunch to get into the bathroom, which, by the way, had no sink. So we had to brush our teeth in the kitchen. The bathroom also had a really unpleasant smell, especially in the morning. Not sure if it was the pipes or standing water, but it was rough. The “luxury terrace with private jacuzzi” wasn’t that luxurious — no view, unless rooftops, old buildings and loud parties count. The location was decent though, and the apartment was at least clean. But it felt quite old: old towels, outdated vibe, and definitely not worth the price. We booked it last minute, so it was the best available option, but I’ve had way better places for the same price recently — modern, fresh, better equipped. Also, no shampoo or hand soap provided, the soap dispenser was completely empty. Not terrible, but wouldn’t stay again.
