Province of Terni: aluguel por temporada com fogueira

로마 근처 교외 지역 시골에서 여행 중 쉬고싶어서 이 숙소를 예약했고 이 숙소 덕분에 비테르보에 방문했습니다. 이 곳은 정말 흠잡을 데 없이 휴가용 숙박으로 완벽하고 정말 푹 쉬었습니다. 체크인 도와주신 모리츠 분이 지역 축제를 알려주셔서 광장에 나가서 축제를 즐겼습니다. 케이크와 올리브유 선물도 정말 최고였습니다! 새소리를 들으며 아침에 깨고 조용한 곳에서 깊은 잠을 잤고 올리브 농장에서 산책도 했습니다. 벤치,그네, 해먹, 꽃들 모든게 예뻐서 쉴새없이 사진을 찍어서 기억하고 싶었습니다. Casina Tuscia의 숙박객을 위한 디테일(detail)은 최고였고 우리에게 비테보르의 좋은 시간을 선물해줘서 감사합니다! :)

Wow, what an incredible holiday we had here. Not only is this 200 year old villa beautiful, but it also boasts a huge amount of bedrooms and bathrooms and dining areas. The absolute highlight of our trip was Marco, the incredible host at the villa. He was basically on call for the 4 days we were there and was so helpful organising taxi transfers, big shops, activities, and anything else we needed at the villa. Such amazing views and ridiculously gorgeous vineyard nearby. In the evening you can relax and not worry about neighbours. We had a party and watched the fireflies!

Antonio ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der sich immer um das Haus und seine Gäste kümmert. Die 4 Wohnungen waren sehr gut und auch praktisch für unseren Gruppenurlaub. Parkplätze gibt es mehr als genug auf dem Grundstück, da Autos auch Pflicht sind um zum Haus zu gelangen. Des Weiteren ist der Pool sehr gut und auch sehr groß. Genug Platz um viel Spaß zu haben. Antonio kam mehrfach um den Pool auch zu reinigen, was sehr gut war. Gut wären noch weitere Schattenmöglichkeiten wie Schirme oder ein weiterer Pavilion da man die sonst vorher mitnehmen muss.

Anna was a brilliant host with fast and responsive communications. Cinzia (who looked after us while we stayed check in and check out etc) was superb, very friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel right at home. The house is set in beautiful surroundings and the daisy bloom during the sunshine days really made it for us. The enclosed garden was perfect for our dog and 10 month old and had all the nice extras too like outside table and chairs, badminton set etc. There were great walks and hikes to be had nearby, viewing caves and thermal pools (pretty chilly in April however ha). We had a wonderful week stay thank you!

La casa è bellissima in una posizione incantevole rispetto al lago che si vede dalle camere da letto. Appartamento ristrutturato di recente e con gusto, ambienti bellissimi e comunque molto funzionali con anche divano, tv, sedie comode; tutto è estremamente curato in tutti i dettagli pensati per coccolare l'ospite. C'è tutto ciò che può servire per cucinare e per qualsiasi altra occorrenza, anche per la pulizia della casa (aspirapolvere, ecc..), a tal proposito è da sottolineare l'estrema pulizia trovata al nostro arrivo. Persino la colazione è pensata nei minimi particolari: macchina del caffè con cialde a disposizione, brioches, fette biscottate, ecc... per andare incontro a tutti i gusti. Gli host sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili e ci hanno messo a disposizione anche dei piccoli e graditissimi kit per la cura personale. Consigliatissimo ci torneremmo con estremo piacere!

Siamo stati due giorni nel Casale di Adelaide per staccare e rilassarci un po' come piace fare a noi... mangiando! Da buongustai abbiamo seguito i consigli utilissimi di Adelaide e tra le esperienze più indimenticabili resteranno la cena all'Agriturismo Poggio del Bolognino, ma anche la vasca a 40° gradi delle Terme della Tuscia che abbiamo avuto la fortuna di provare di notte. Tra le attrazioni aggiungerei anche la Macelleria il Pilone, dell'azienda agricola omonima a Lugnano in Teverina, dove abbiamo fatto scorta di carne da riportare a Roma. Aldilà del cibo, vino e acque sulfuree che i dintorni hanno da offrire, la casa è stato un rifugio dalla frenesia cittadina. Adelaide, nonostante la sua assenza, è stata molto presente, disponibile e gentilissima, abbiamo potuto usufruire del barbecue in totale tranquillità ma non mi dispiacerebbe condividerlo anche con lei e la sua famiglia la prossima volta che torneremo

Wow! I can’t even start to describe how lovely our time was here. Sara and Salvatore went above and beyond to make our weekend amazing. I was initially nervous at staying at place away from the city but it was worth every second. Salvatore kindly picked us up from the train station in Orte and gave us amazing recommendations, all of which we took and thoroughly enjoyed! The house was beautiful and so relaxing, a perfect weekend away. All instructions were clear and helpful for navigating the house and the area around. The house was so cozy, it was hard to leaveSara also took care of arranging the taxi service for us on Sunday morning which was beyond helpful to us. I would stay at this place every weekend if I could! A must stay place if you wish for a getaway. I wish there was an option for 10 stars! Thank you Sara and Salvatore!!!

Anna's house is absolutely beautiful! The views as soon as you step out of the door are amazing. The location is also great and very easy to get to Florence, Rome, and anywhere in Tuscany. Anna is an extraordinary host and made sure we were satisfied during our stay. Communication was outstanding and very quick. If it weren't for Anna taking the time to meet us and direct us to the house on day 1, it might be difficult to find and easy to make a wrong turn, but that says something about the great privacy as well! The only down side we had were the ants coming up from the brick floor.

Abbiamo trascorso a Ferentillo solo 3 giorni, ma la zona e la pace della struttura meriterebbero molto di più. Stupenda la piscina per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di camminate. Ci piacerebbe molto tornarci

Klaus è una persona speciale. Discreto e amichevole, gentilissimo e molto affabile. La casa è bellissima immersa in un contesto calmo e rigenerante Pornello è abbastanza comoda alle principali città umbre e Toscane. Grazie ! Super Mario klaus! ;) È stata una vacanza bellissima.

Casa di campagna ben strutturata, spazi molto ampi sia esterni che interni, fornita di tutto quello che ti serve per una vacanza di gruppo. Cucina funzionale e attrezzata molto bene. Un ringraziamento particolare alla Sig.ra Laura referente dell'alloggio per la sua disponibilità e gentilezza.

Irene was a very nice host and took care of us really well. She even baked us a home made apple cake as a welcome gift! We originally booked 3 nights but because we had a 8m old baby with us, the hot Italian summer temperature became a slightly an issue for us as it was difficult for our daughter to settle into her daily sleep routine. Irene was kind and understanding of our situation. We were able to work out a plan to shorten our booking and she offered to find us alternative stay as well given her other rooms are already booked. From one parent to another, we are really appreciative of her understanding and willingness to work with guests due to unforeseen circumstances that are outside of everyone’s control.

Wij hadden een heerlijk verblijf in Mario’s appartement. Het ligt ontzettend rustig en het uitzicht is fantastisch. Wij waren hier in september en waren de enige gasten. Hoe het is als alle appartementen bezet zijn, is voor ons moeilijk in schatten. Er is ruimte genoeg dus dat zal wel meevallen. Het zwembad is heerlijk! Huiskamer/keuken en slaapkamer hebben elk een airco en die werkte fantastisch. Ook de wifi doet het uitstekend. De keuken is ruim genoeg en is voldoende uitgerust voor een langer verblijf. Tot slot, goede bedden!

L’appartamento è molto curato in ogni minimo dettaglio, pulitissimo e con tutto quello che serve. Ho apprezzato molto i prodotti del frigobar, a pagamento ci mancherebbe, ma bello averli se serve. Bagno grande con ampia doccia e asciugamani per tutto e tutti! La proprietà intera è stupenda e anch’essa curatissima con dettagli di design davvero belli! Complimenti, torneremo di sicuro!

Ci siamo sentiti come a casa grazie all’accoglienza della famiglia di Filippo. La casetta, il giardino e la piscina sono ancora più belle dal vivo che in foto! Tutto impeccabile, dalla pulizia alla location, ed il plus è stata la piscina in cui potersi rilassare nelle ore più calde. Bellissimi anche i dintorni, la casa è un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare i vari borghi dell’Umbria. Consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente!

La casa è veramente un gioiellino incastonato in un paesino stupendo che è Allerona, con un panorama mozzafiato. Non è troppo lontano da Orvieto, Civita, le Cascate delle Marmore tanti altri posti da visitare. Luana e la mamma delle persone veramente ospitali e disponibili, ci hanno fatto sentire accolti nel migliore dei modi!! Luana era sempre contattabile e ci ha dato degli ottimi consigli anche per i posti da visitare e come muoverci nei dintorni!! Lo consiglierei sicuramente anche ad altri!!

La jacuzzi sotto le stelle è stata qualcosa di magico! Un posto perfetto per staccare dal caos della città e fare un po’ di detox. Todi è vicinissima, con ristorantini super. Il camino rende l’atmosfera super accogliente. Ho portato anche la mia cagnolina ed è stata felicissima! Elisabetta, l’host, è stata super disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Tornerei volentieri, tutto davvero bellissimo! Grazie!!
