Ottima la comunicazione con Maurizio, la piccola casa era in ordine, pulita, un frigorifero molto funzionale, aria condizionata per le notti molto calde. posizione ottimale per visitare il Beneventano e l' altra Irpinia. il park nel cortile della casa comodo.

Ottimo soggiorno da Rosario che si e dimostrato disponibile e gentile nell' aiutarmi (sopprattutto per i treni in ritardo). l'appartamento risulta pulito ed accogliente sopprattutto c'erano già preparate le coperte adatte per il periodo attuale, da qui molta premura da parte sua nell'essere preparato.

Persone squisite che ti ospitano in una dimora moderna accogliente e curata nell'estetica e nella pulizia, da non perdere

Vincenzo and Maria are very warm people, and it was a delight to meet them. Their place is very cozy and Zungoli is a dreamy little village. Book this place right away if it is available.

Where do we start… Potito and his wife Sara were lovely hosts (more like super hosts!!!). They greeted us in person and took us to his winery where we had the opportunity to try some of his wine (highly recommend his white), and then showed us the museum of Ascoli. Potito even made reservations for my husband and I at La Mediavalys which had breathtaking views from the top of the mountain, and an enjoyable atmosphere! We had just spent a few days in Rome, so being able to unwind in their lovely villa in the countryside of Ascoli was perfect—the terrace view was just like the photos, and did not disappoint! On one of the mornings, our car had a flight tire and Potito came and helped us. He took us to a local auto shop and stayed with us the whole time until it was changed. “Grazie mille, Potito e Sara!!”

Francesco is a great owner, the place was beautiful and the neighbors and people the area were extremely nice.

I have stayed at 30 places, and Antonella's was the best. She is very helpful and friendly. The place is very clean and exactly as in the photos. There are plenty of kitchen utensils and supplies. It's close to everything you need for everyday living, and right on the railway to Naples. The neighborhood is safe. Sperone is a nice little village with great food and scenery. Please take note: the apartment is in Sperone, not Avellino. The address and map on Airbnb are incorrect. Even after you make the reservation, Airbnb gives you the wrong address. You have to contact Antonella to get the correct address.

La vue sur le Vésuve et Naples est magnifique. Le logement est identique aux photos. Seul petit bémol : les ustensiles pour cuisiner sont peu nombreux (petites poêles…). Pasquale est un hôte très réactif et soucieux de notre bienêtre.

Ho prenotato casa di vittorio per due persone però ho organizzato un pranzo con amici pagando una piccola quota extra e siamo stati fantasticamente bene. Anche i cani hanno apprezzato tanto gli spazi, la libertà e il barbecue! Davvero una bellissima casa sia all esterno che all interno con tutto il necessario. Non mancava davvero nulla!

20-24Agosto`24. Piso como nuevo,muy bonito y practico.Mariano nos dejo un monton de comida,cosa que nunca antes habiamos encontrado,ademas de jabones,(cuerpo/cabeza/lavadora/platos)vino,leche,embutidos,yogures.. Hay 3aires acondicionados,que se agradece en agosto.Son los unicos pisos nuevos en el barrio. lo mejor la ubicacion para moverte para la costa Amalfitana, y para ir a dormir, por lo demas,la zona no vale la pena de visitar. Super recomendable,y si nunca volvemos seguro,volveremos aqui. Muchas gracias por todo

Lucia, una signora adorabile, molto gentile e disponibile, casa posizionata in centro a Nocera inferiore, subito sotto c’è una vasta scelta di negozi alimentari, tra cui pescherie, salumieri, bar e molto altro. La casa è molto spaziosa e ben fornita, comoda e perfetta per rilassarsi con gli amici. Tornerò sicuramente

Apartment is very cosy and full of interesting, arty touches. We felt right at home immediately. Very peaceful place. Great view of the church and mountains. We looked forward to Jo's (the cat) visits each day. We stayed 4 nights but would have loved to stay longer if our schedule permitted. The host, Alessia, was very responsive and kind. Highly recommend.

It was everything perfect. The house is super clean, internet is perfect , kitchen have all we need. Carmine and is family are amazing people and always available. If someone need accommodation in Ariano Irpino, definitely Carmine house is the place to choose (I stayed for a long period). Thank you Carmine and I Wish you all the best!!

Das Apartment war sehr gemütlich, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die lange ist sehr ruhig obwohl das Apartment an der Hauptstraße liegt. Es gibt Bushaltestellen die sehr zuverlässig sind für die, die ohne Auto unterwegs sind. Cava dei tirreni ist eine Stadt in dem man sich sehr wohl fühlen kann, es fehlt an nichts und man kommt von Cava dei Tirreni in kürzeste Zeit mit dem Auto oder auch mit dem Zug oder Bus sehr gut überall hin. Die Kommunikation zwischen Carmen und mir war sehr gut. Warum ich mich für das Apartment entschieden habe war, weil ich Carmen sehr vertraute und sie mir große Sicherheit gab und das obwohl ich sie nicht persönlich kannte. Nach dem ich die Buchung abgeschlossen hatte würde ich mit Ihrem Sohn in Verbindung gesetzt. Luca war sehr bemüht und sehr fürsorglich damit es mir im Apartment sehr gut geht. Er half mir auch von a nach b zu kommen, da ich kein auto hatte. Durch seine Hilfe habe ich alle Orte die ich besuchen wollte mit dem Zug und Bus erreichen können.

Wir waren 3 Tage in diesem Apartment. Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und ist gut ausgestattet. Die Möbel sind neu und modern. Die Fenster verfügen über Fliegennetze und Außenrollos. Das Bett ist für italienische Verhältnisse ok. Die Lage der Wohnung war für uns gut. Es ist ca. 15-20 Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Frühstücken kann man super in der „Wine Bar Malu“, im gegenüberliegenden Einkaufszentrum oder kurz vor Autobahn im Giso. Man kommt sehr schnell auf die Autobahn. Direkt gegenüber der Wohnung gab es immer ausreichend Parkplätze. Die Wohnung liegt an einer vielbefahrenen Straße. Es ist also teilweise recht laut dort. Nachts wird es allerdings ruhiger, sodass wir nachts keine Probleme mit der Lautstärke hatten. Wir können die Wohnung für paar Tage in Cava De’Tirreni sehr empfehlen! Carmela haben wir persönlich nicht getroffen, stattdessen haben wir einfach und schnell mit einem sehr freunlichem Luca über WApp kommuniziert.
