Clearly Hidden Acres Cottage and Farm

Clearly Hidden Acres is a six-acre homestead located right in the middle of a quiet residential area in Valley View. The cottage shares the property with a main residence, three horses, chickens, cat and two dogs—and we welcome your pets, too. A queen-sized pull-out bed is in the Living Room. Please be aware that the natural swimming pond-pool is within the fence boundaries of the cottage. Children must be attended to AT ALL TIMES. There is a back entrance. Check in: 4pm Check out: 11am

Leave the city behind, escape to Hardy and enjoy Kiwanie Lake, just 2 blocks from the Southfork of the Spring River. Our a-frame cabin is great for one, two or three people. Or, add it to your larger group renting our house next door (Hardy Lakehouse Lilypad)! Enjoy your own dock on the lake or paddle and fish the rivers close by. Kayaks for the lake are included with your rental. Conveniently located just 2 miles to downtown Hardy or Cherokee Village. Walmart close by for easy shopping.

High Falls River Cabin

We are opening our family cabin, Willow Court, to visitors who want to spend some time on the river. Our dock sits just below where the Spring and Southfork rivers come together at the High Falls. Enjoy canoeing, fishing, swimming, hiking, running or cycling. Or, relax with a book on the porch while enjoying the sound of the falls. Although the cabin is somewhat rustic, it offers many amenities including an updated kitchen, newly painted guest rooms and lots of supplies for your use.

You can make use of the full kitchen, cook hotdogs over a fire pit outside, or a 15 minute drive will get you to historic, downtown Batesville's restaurants. The Driftwood is a secluded cabin that sits on 3 acres along The 11 Point River. The cabin features one bedroom with king size bed and a twin bunk bed located in hallway. The cottage's excellent design, by internationally known Marianne Cusato, earned a Smithsonian Institute award, and it's built sturdy and solid enough to withstand a hurricane.
