The Hay Loft sits in the middle of 43 beautiful acres, overlooking our working hay farm with stunning views of the Shenandoah Mountains. We are conveniently located near restaurants, vineyards, antiquing, battlefields, golf resorts, ski resorts and caverns. Spacious rustic/luxe suite w/gas fireplace; king bed and bathroom with tiled shower, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, small refrigerator, no freezer, dishes and and outdoor gas grill and indoor gas fireplace. Outdoor firepit.

Enjoy nature in a beautiful peaceful setting with 100 acres of privately owned property. Breathtaking panoramic views spanning 45 miles in a tranquil natural spot with hiking trails throughout. Handicap accessible. Within a short drive of 2 major ski resorts, the Flight 93 Memorial and 2 wineries. Several restaurants and a brewery also within a 15 minute drive. The property includes an outside firepit that is a favorite place for guests to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views of the mountains.

Just 5 min away from Old Rag trailhead in Shenandoah National Park and merely minutes from wineries/breweries. Our guest house is close to White Oak Canyon, Skyline Drive, Three Blacksmiths, Washington, and Luray Caverns! Little House on Strother Run

Nestled between Mount Tom and Double Top Mountain and at the edge of the Shenandoah National Forest, Little House is the perfect starting out and ending point for a peaceful and relaxing stay in the Appalachian Mountains. Little House is located at the edge of our 7 acre property. You'll enjoy the bucolic atmosphere of our farmette which includes use of our shared sitting area on Strother Run. The sitting area is shared with the main house which is rented or used by our family periodically.

Rosses Chance Guest House

This lovely guest cottage is located on a historic 16 acre waterfront estate on Hudson Creek that includes a main house, barn, pool, dock and pond. Built in the 18th century tidewater style, the guesthouse is charming and well decorated and completely self efficient. A special place for your romantic getaway at any season of the year. Recently cell phone service has improved and is reliable. However, in the country, WiFi internetl can be slow at times as well as the Wifi TV streaming.

Solar powered cottage with 15 foot ceiling, sleeps four, This unique place has a style all its own. Italian fold out couch and a loft. kitchen and outdoor deck. It Is 75 feet from our house. We are 1.0 mile from the Downtown Mall of Charlottesville in Historic Woolen Mills, 5 blocks from the Rivanna River and Park. Off street parking, 250 sq ft plus loft. Has lots of light. Enjoy fresh eggs from our chickens!there is so much in our area from hiking to eating to contemplating
