Wir waren 1 Woche in der Wohnung von Michele und Francesca und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Einchecken war problemlos, die Kommunikation super. Die Wohnung war sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieter und auch die Wohnung sind sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank.

We had a wonderful stay, and Elena and Gerald could not have been more helpful and generous with their many recommendations and great advice about the city. The flat is lovely and bright, centrally located and extremely quiet at night, while really being in the centre. The facilities were amazing, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom extremely well appointed. Altogether we could not have been happier with this selection.

Ksenia was great at communicating with us - the local recommendations were a great source of information for things to do and places to visit. Everything we needed was in the flat or in the cupboards (toilet roll, cleaning items, food seasoning, etc…) saving purchasing lots of things only to use them for the week of our stay. The studio flat is very well done out and there was good space for two people for the week. Ksenia made us feel right at home and check in and check out was a breeze, even with our flight arriving late at night. There is free parking within 2 minutes from the apartment so that was very useful for our car. Thank you Ksenia and Vanda for having us at your flat!

Un petit sejour expess mais tout était parfait, le propriétaire est vraiment très acceuillant il nous a donné pleins de bons tuyaux pour passer d'excellentes vacances. Tout était préparé avec soin et le logement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Nous espérons revenir bientôt.

Lovely place nestled in a side street. Paolo was great and proactive from the start, flexible at check-in and check-out. Perfect place to stay for a couple, the bedroom is very private and cosy. Great restaurants 5-10 minutes walk away, train station a 10 minute walk, just a lovely spot.

Stayed for a long weekend. The home was spotlessly clean and is a short walk (10 mins) from city centre so close enough but also peaceful. Cagliari is a hilly city though so if you are not good with hills you might want to be a little closer. No outside space but literally less than a mins walk are several bars and restaurants with outside seating

Highly recommend this airbnb. Simone is the host with the mostest, consistently providing professional and friendly services with quick responses. Apartment is located on Via Stretta in Cagliari's Castello district on a narrow street known for its abundant greenery, making it a "green corner". It's a charming, pedestrian-only space adorned with plants and flowers, and even colored chairs, creating a visually appealing and relaxed atmosphere. One of the highlight Vias in Cagliari. I felt so honored to have picked this apartment located in such a pretty street. Prime location within walking distance to famous attractions like the Bastion di Saint Remy, restaurants and cafes. The apartment is tastefully and thoughtfully furnished with all the necessary amenities. The bed is very comfortable too. I will definitely return to stay at this apartment on my return trips to Cagliari. Thank you, Simone, for your kind and gracious hospitality. You made my stay in Cagliari a very pleasant one.

Little did I know this was the perfect location - a ~6 minute walk from the center of town and ~8 minutes from the bus to the beach (not to mention all the great restaurants in between!). Paola was an excellent and responsive host, and incredibly helpful when I was struggling to get a taxi at 4:30am for my flight. I would love to go back, and would highly recommend staying here if you’re going to Cagliari.

I was greeted when I arrived and my heavy case was taken up the stairs for me. I stayed for 2 weeks. Beautiful accommodation, extremely clean and gorgeously appointed. Very comfortable. It’s very well positioned in the centre and only 10 minutes from my language school. It’s close to great bars and restaurants but very quiet. Highly recommend! And I need to mention that I am very fussy! Brilliant!

We had a great stay at the apartment! The communication was really fast and they always asked if everything is fine and if we need something. It’s located in a really cute neighborhood and only a 5min walk away from a lot of restaurants. The apartment was really clean and modern and totally worth it the money. Unfortunately one evening we discovered a cockroach in the shower so be a bit aware of your stuff and luggage but it’s a general thing in Cagliari so we definitely would come back for another stay in this apartment!

É stato piacevole soggiornare nella casa vacanze. L’appartamento è piccolo ma dotato di ogni cosa, zona tranquilla, a due passi dal centro. L’host è stata molto disponibile e gentile. Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare i dintorni.

Nous avons passés de très agréables vacances, le logement est très bien situé, dans un petit village avec toutes les commodités (restaurants, café, boulangerie, grandes surfaces, glacier, ...) et une jolie plage à proximité. Andrea est un hôte disponible et amical. Merci!

Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt in der geschmackvoll eingerichteten, sauberen Unterkunft von Antonio. Sehr großer Garten mit Meerblick - wunderschön. Antonio selbst war immer zu erreichen und antwortete stets innerhalb weniger Minuten. WLAN war perfekt und unbegrenzt. Alle Zimmer mit Fliegengitter und die Terrasse ebenfalls mit Fliegengitter eingezäunt. Küche gut ausgestattet. Bequeme Matratzen. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub ohne böse Überraschungen.

L’alloggio di Erika è grazioso ed in pieno stile cagliaritano. Una vera chicca per un weekend in città. Comodo, funzionale, pratico ed in pieno centro. Erika è un’host attenta e gentilissima. 110% consigliato!

Wir haben als Familie zu viert 10 Tage in Pilars schöner Wohnung verbracht und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und äußerst sauber. Wir hatten (bis auf morgendliches, freundliches Vogelgezwitscher) viel Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Der Ausblick ist wirklich fantastisch, morgens sieht man bei einem Espresso die Kitesurfer am Strand und abends hört man beim Sonnenuntergang die Wellen rauschen. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Umgebung gibt es fußläufig sehr schöne Strände (wir mochten die Spiaggia di Sa Colonia am liebsten), in ca 20 Minuten Spaziergang ist man am Meer. Im Nachbarort gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, es empfiehlt sich aber, großere Einkäufe zb in Pula zu erledigen. Pilar war als Gastgeberin immer erreichbar und super freundlich. Wir können die Wohnung wirklich wärmstens empfehlen. Danke für einen sehr schönen Urlaub!

Suitable for anyone wanting a central location in Cagliari city, close to all amenities, Cathedrals, museums, shops and coastal / historical walks. At weekends it will be busy, bustling from early evening into the early morning so not for light sleepers. Proactive communication with friendly and helpful hosts, before and during stay.

Elena was a wonderful host, she was there at the property to receive us - even helping us carry our suitcases inside the apartment. The fridge was stocked with welcome drinks and kitchen bathrooms had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous, in a very well known building. Lots of cafes and historical centre are right next door. Elena was very proactive and helpful throughout our stay. Staying at Elena’s apartment was a highlight of our trip

The apartment is perfect for big groups and is in a great location in Cagliari, very close to all the restaurants and bars etc. Constanza was a great host, and let us check in early and check out late to accommodate our flight times. The apartment has great views and the beds are comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

This is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at. Erica is an Exceptional host, very attentive to details, she is the kindest and is very thoughtful. The apartment is great and has more than you need and expect. The location is FABULOUS!! 5 stars ++++

Casa carina e semplice, ma dotata di tutto. Non le manca niente. Splendida vista dalla terrazza. Stafano carinissimo e reattivo su tutto.

Es war ein super Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war sehr sehr schön und der Gastgeber ist extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist perfekt, da man mitten in der Stadt ist und einen tollen Eindruck von dem Ort bekommt. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und würden immer wieder kommen.

Super schöner Aufenthalt, war unser zweites Mal in der Wohnung und sofort wie zuhause gefühlt! Sehr freundliche Gastgeberinnen mit viel Verständnis für unser spätes ankommen und abreisen. Freuen uns schon auf nächstes Jahr!

L’appartement de Stefano était parfait pour notre séjour de 3 nuits. La gare est à 5 minutes à pieds (le train arrive en 10 minutes de l’aéroport). La situation est très centrale, mais aussi très calme, dans une petite rue. Tout était parfait, l’arrivée autonome, les instructions, la gentillesse de Stefano et ses recommandations, la propreté, et surtout la conception de l’appartement. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir, merci !
