Ένα ξεχωριστό, ήρεμο μέρος μέσα στα πεύκα, που θα σας προσφέρει ηρεμία και χαλάρωση εντός και εκτός του σπιτιού. Μία υπέροχη μεζονέτα με γήινες αποχρώσεις και μινιμαλισμό. Στο εξωτερικό της βρίσκεται μία πανέμορφη ξύλινη σάουνα, μπάρμπεκιου, και αίθριο με τη ξεχωριστή θέα στο δάσος. Ιδανικό για ζευγάρια, παρέες και για όλους τους λάτρεις της φύσης.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

Ένα νέο πλήρως ανακαινισμένο σπίτι στην περιοχή πάνω από το λιμανάκι στο Πορτο Γερμενό με εξαιρετική πανοραμική θέα στην θάλασσα. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στην ίδια τοποθεσία με την άλλη μου καταχώρηση (villa nikos). Το κέντρο απέχει 1,5km ενώ η κοντινότερη παραλία βρίσκεται στα 500m. Επιπλέον έχει μεγάλο ιδιωτικό χώρο για parking καθώς και barbeque, laundry room, εξωτερική ντουζιέρα και παιδική χαρά.

Λίγα μόλις βήματα από τη θάλασσα

Ένα μικροσκοπικό εξοχικό σπίτι εξοπλισμένο όμως με όλα όσα χρειάζεστε για μια άνετη διαμονή. Βρίσκεται στην περιοχή Προσήλι και απέχει μόλις 100 μέτρα από την παραλία. Η γειτονιά είναι ήσυχη και ασφαλής. Η θάλασσα είναι ιδανική για κολύμπι, καταδύσεις ή ψάρεμα. Το κέντρο απέχει 1 χλμ., όπου εκεί θα βρείτε το τοπικό σούπερ μάρκετ, καφετέριες και τις εξαιρετικές ταβέρνες με τα φρέσκα ψάρια.
