Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

The Old Antique House is an old farm house build before nineteen hundred. For some good years the house has been an Antique shop and it was in a need of a lot of TLC. When we decided to change the house into a vacation rental we put a lot of love and enthusiasm and we've carefully designed the interior in order to give you the best experience possible. Our decor is an Adirondack theme. Log bed, knotty pine. ceiling lighting and windows for natural brightness. Quiet, warm, relaxing. A large pond to enjoy, sitting by with a good book or watching the wildlife. We have a cobblestone firepit to enjoy during the evening surrounded by seating. We are a short distance from many attractions in Cooperstown including the Baseball Hall of Fame!!!!!!!!!!!!

Welcome! Creekside is a ranch style home overlooking a scenic pond. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with cathedral ceilings and a beautiful open concept feel. If your group would like to spread out, we have an option to add a 4th bedroom and living space with a basement apartment option. Decks on both the front & back of the home let you enjoy all the surrounding nature.
