Despite being just minutes from the city center , you will have the impression of being outside the urban area thanks to the lovely garden with tall trees that surrounds and isolates it from the rest of the neighborhood , allowing you to enjoy the quietness and tranquility of your stay . 300 square meters of rooms on 3 floors are at your disposal. On the mezzanine floor there are two large living rooms, a study and a bathroom. On the first floor you will find a large kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room and a single bedroom with its own bathroom. The top floor is the sleeping area, a master bedroom suite with walk-in closet and private bathroom, two double bedrooms each with a private bathroom, a sitting area with a sofa that converts to a single bed and another walk-in closet. Guests will have access to the garden of the villa through a private driveway. You can park more cars in the part pertaining to the residence. We will take care to welcome you and show you the house on your arrival. Whatever your requirements or if you need informations we will be easily available to you. The villa is ideally located in Crocetta, a prestigious residential neighborhood. It accommodates any type of services and shops. The famous Crocetta market has long been a fixed destination for Turin residents because of the quality of goods sold. A few meters from the entrance to the house is the 64 bus stop that in 10 minutes will take you in the center of Turin.

The Ciabutin di Casa Aiva is the ideal place for nature lovers, for a relaxing holiday in an intimate and romantic cottage, overlooking the vineyard and with a wonderful view of the hills and the plain. The accommodation is simple and functional. Strategic point for visiting the region and for outdoor. For adults only, not suitable for children and people with reduced mobility. If you prefer more comfortable accommodation, or if you have children, you can choose Casa Aiva, on the same property.

Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: immerso nella natura..a 10 minuti da Bricherasio e del centro di Luserna, parcheggio privato sulla soglia di casa. L'alloggio è dotato di stanze molto spaziose e luminose. E' possibile organizzare cene o costinate in giardino su richiesta e sotto la nostra supervisione, e se le condizoni meteo lo consentono. Parte del giardino è in condivisione. Inoltre si può godere del posto con passeggiate nei boschi oppure godersi il panorama nella zona relax.

La nostra camera da letto luminosa vi accoglierà con lenzuola e asciugamani. Il bagno è dotato di una doccia termostatica, phon e prodotti per la cura personale. La cucina open space è dotata di un forno a microonde e una macchinetta del caffè, il soggiorno dispone di un comodo divano letto e tv.

Una stanza da letto ampia con aria condizionata (con possibilità di letto singolo aggiuntivo) con acceso diretto alla terrazza ed un bagno con doccia e lavatrice. Da noi troverai tutto l'occorrente di base per cucinare.

The road to the valley is all paved but has some hairpin bends.

Spacious loft situated in the ever green San Germano, located between Turin and the Olimpic Valleys. The loft is the top floor of the main house where the landlady lives. The flat, 60 Sq mr. with independent access, includes an open space kitchen, bathroom, double bed, and a spare double sofa bed. Form the house and the village direct access to tracking paths and bike rides.
