Have a small pond on site for your viewing pleasure and relaxing times with a full swing set for the young at heart fun times! My shed is heated during the winter months! FYI The Loft bedroom and TV room are located upstairs from the kitchen (Please bring your own food for meals! ) and bathroom are on the bottom floor! Recently add washer and dryer system! Enjoy the peace of this bucolic setting in the bluffs of the Loess Hills near the Missouri Nat'l Rec River bottom. The Cottage sits on an acre that's popular with deer, wild turkeys, and songbirds. Family and cultural activities, restaurants, and shopping are available at nearby Ponca (nine miles), home of Ponca State Park, and Vermillion, SD (18 miles), home of the University of South Dakota. Access to the Missouri River is nearby. We're 31 miles from S. Sioux City, 45 min. from Yankton.

The Grain Bin Lodge and Retreat

Sorry, no children under the age of 12. This large grain bin has been converted into a rustic two story getaway using reclaimed barn wood and many antiques. The 700 square foot main floor includes a full bath, a vintage retro kitchenette (micro wave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, NO OVEN), reclining love seat, a smart tv with WIFI and Direct TV, along with a large dining area with 2 tables. The 500 square foot open loft area includes one full bed and 2 queen beds.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space that has recently been refreshed. Artsy and adorable inside and out, the layout features two bedrooms with queen beds on the main floor. The basement has a L-shaped family room and a toilet. Fenced backyard with patio and front porch with two comfy chairs. All linens, dishes and soaps provided. Close to both major hospitals and Briar Cliff University as well as some of the main thoroughfares make for a desirable place!

D'Brick House in Wayne

D'Brick Cottage is located across from Wayne State College in Wayne, NE. This recently renovated 2-bedroom house offers a comfortable place to get away. Includes indoor fireplace, equipped kitchen with all appliances and conveniences, plus laundry in the basement. The perfect place to get some rest for traveling employees, visiting family, or just because. SPECIAL NOTE: The basement contains an apartment that is rented separately.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Located walking distance from downtown, this home has beautiful bluff views. Cuddle up on our reclining couches while enjoying our free WIFI. We have 2 queen beds and one twin bed. We also have a queen air mattress available for use. Contactless entry.

Park Place!

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Perfect for 1-5 guests! Great for work crews- two large tables (10' & 8') work great as a bench or workshop. Families love the new splash pad right across the street. We call it Park Place because we own three homes on this block- and this one sits right across from the park!
