The 1880 cottage is cozy and comfortable in historic Independence. A non smoking house. The house is 500 ft from the free Trolley stop that go to the historic downtown town by the Willamette River: amphitheater, restaurants, theater, museum, art, and music. Stroll along the scenic river in Riverview Park. The cottage has a BR with a queen-sized bed, a double sized futon couch in the living room. The kitchen is large, but no dishwasher. A deck off the back porch. A fun welcoming to town.

When we enter into spring ants are out. If food is left out on counters and tables it will attract ants. please don't not to leave food out.
