Wendy's house was well furnished, equipped with all the amenities you could need for cooking in the kitchen, enjoying an evening in watching tv, or just relaxing in front of the fireplace. This house has you covered. For our family of 7 (4 adults, 3 kids), we had two master bedrooms to choose from (one in the basement, one upstairs), and plenty enough space for the kids to spread out in the great room, or their own private bedrooms with good sized beds. The kitchen is modern with a great aesthetic, and the house is well furnished with great decor. We love their style! We felt right at home in this cozy neighborhood, and our host kindly checked on us to ensure we were comfortable and to reach out if we ever had a need. We're repeat customers because this house has been great, both in the past and now. Coming back this year felt just as cozy!

We were a group of 11 and Jody was very helpful with our last min plans after another AirBnb cancelled on us last min. This is a yearly even that we do in Des Moines and look forward to booking from him in the future.

Great location...close to food, shopping and the RecPlex. Townhouse was immaculate and exactly like the pictures. Quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay again.

The Cozy Corner in Ankeny, Iowa is the perfect home for family to gather together! Our family came in from Oklahoma, North Carolina and Pennsylvania to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from Grand View University. The home is in a quiet neighborhood with access to any store or restaurant you could need. The home is spacious and clean with wonderful pluses such as a beautiful deck with a gas grill (propane provided), a hot tub and a heated pool. The home has five bedrooms (sleeps 10), 2.5 bathrooms, laundry facilities, a garage and spacious gathering spaces including the kitchen. We had the BEST time enjoying each other’s company and sharing meals!! Adam was wonderful in his communications with us and I would definitely stay at one of his properties in the future! It was the perfect weekend.

Our family enjoyed staying at this house for Easter. We loved all the games and spacious places to hang out and relax. Definitely take the time to walk the trails behind the house.

all was great, loved the amenities, everything in the house was comfy and nice. We loved that the pool was up and running in May and was heated! used both the pool and hot tub - a great place for friends to hang out for a reunion!

Another great stay in Colo! We look forward to staying here. It’s so peaceful, and the house is so cozy. The backyard space is amazing for the whole family. Cortney makes the whole process from checking in to checking out smooth and easy. We will be back :)

Colby’s Instructions were very helpful and clearly written it’s obvious he is very experienced. The house was beautiful plenty of space to sit, sleep, and eat and in a quiet spot. The amenities were great having a dumpster there was very helpful multiple fridges and plenty of parking. The barn was very cool my guests were not expecting anything like that, we all had a lot of fun and had no problems keeping the place clean and following the rules.

We had to find a last minute replacement house for a family wedding. The home was amazing and will be our go to when we need a place in Des Moines!

We absolutely love living in this house. It made us feel right at home. It had everything we needed. All we had to do was order food or grocery shop. This is a very unique house as well as a giant house. Everything was clean and it was peaceful. I will definitely consider coming back to this place if I need to.

The home was very nice and clean. Annette responded to my questions within a few minutes. This was my first time staying in an airbnb and I would definitely recommend this house to stay at.

I really loved this Airbnb!! I can see why it’s so highly rated. It’s so homey and comfortable, great for groups! Bringing our pups was a huge plus. Most dog friendly Airbnb’s aren’t that great but Jen’s place was perfect and spotless. The neighborhood was very safe and a great place to walk the dogs! We would definitely stay again!

Luis’ home is super clean, cozy and cheerful and the perfect size for 3-4 guests. While the backyard appears to be a work in progress, it is very private and lovely at night (weather permitting). A great place to stay and close to everything. Despite a few other reviews … keep in mind that you are staying in the heart of Des Moines. At this price point, you will hear some traffic noise and neighbors, but nothing that will keep you from getting a great night’s sleep. My daughter and I would definitely stay again. clean bedrooms and bathrooms. 12 of us stayed there. private bedrooms . beautiful back yard with grill and patio table. had extra chairs we could use. only 2 things I would recommend- the stove wasn't clean and they need enough hand towels for each bathroom. close to stores and restaurants and shopping
