A one minute walk brings you to the tram station, which connects you directly to the historical city center by only 8 stops (no changing trains). The apartment is right next to a park so there's hardly any traffic. The whole building is brand-new (construction work finalized in January 2022). It has a private 19m2 terrace with comfy lounge furniture, accessible from the bed- & living room.

Our Tinyhouse Schneeweißchen offers full comfort in a small space. It is a mobile, partially self-sufficient caravan made of wood with a garden and terrace. Schneeweißchen has about 18m² and is equipped with a photovoltaic system. There is a kitchen with a water-logged wood-burning stove, a 2-burner gas hob, a bathroom with a shower and a composting toilet. A super large double bed offers space for 2 people. Schneeweißchen stands together with Rosenrot on a 600m² garden.

My extraordinary apartment is located directly at the subway station Thaliastrasse. Check-in is super easy with an electronic lock. Feel at home in the fully equipped apartment. Wifi is of course also available. Highlight: The quiet and green private terrace. You will find public transport right outside the front door. The best locations for food & shopping are only a 5-minute walk away. Tips are available for you in the apartment.
