A stylish and well located 2-level loft apartment

Located in a cul-de-sac, this apartment is at the front of the property, enjoying extensive views from two balconies. Private stairs from street level take you to a bright open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, opening to the large balcony with a gas barbecue. Another staircase takes you to a master bedroom, ensuite and second balcony. The ensuite bathroom includes a large spa bath and washer/dryer. There is a television on each level and a Sonos sound system throughout.
