The studio is at the front of our property near the footpath and road on a quiet residential street. It has a queen bed, TV, small bathroom, & kitchenette with fridge, microwave, jug, toaster & electric fry pan. Walk to Western Springs, Auckland Zoo & MOTAT, with Point Chevalier Beach a 28-min walk. Eden Park & the city are a short Uber ride, with buses, cafés, shops & Westmere dining nearby.

Minutes away from Cox’s Bay and the vibrant restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops. Close to Ponsonby and Herne Bay. There are two bedrooms, a small kitchenette/dining room, a bathroom and a lovely sunny outdoor area.The bus stop, 5 mins away, will take you to Ponsonby Rd, K Rd and Queen St. Easy self checkin via the lockbox. We have a kitchenette equipped with microwave, fridge, kettle etc but not a full kitchen. We are in Point Chevalier, a comfortable friendly suburb of Auckland with great public transport options and close to the beach.
