Óptima estadia e apartamento muito confortável!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in der Casa Maria 2. Die Lage ist super zentral und man hat Meerblick. Rita, die Schwester von Daniela, war immer für uns erreichbar und hat sich sofort gekümmert, als wir durch starken Regen einen Stromausfall hatten. Einzige die laute Lüftung auf der Dachterrasse von dem Restaurant im Erdgeschoss hätte erwähnt werden können.

Ótimo local, muito Limpo. Poucos minutos da praia, Fácil acesso para toda região do Algarve e Espanha. Recomendo e irei voltar !!

The apartment is fantastic. Great location, lovely village and the medieval festival was delightful. Th apartment is spacious, meticulously clean and equipped with everything that you need for a comfortable stay. The secure parking space was particularly useful and a real asset to the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Lucia’s place. We stayed with two small kids for 2,5 weeks and had a great time. The apartment is very spacious, pretty and has all necessary amenities. The outdoor space is also very nice. Sunny and private. Lucia was a great host and the communication with her was smooth.

Hier findest du eine kleine, aber feine Wohnung mit einer schönen Terrasse und guter Anbindung. Sie wirkt auf den Fotos etwas größer und geräumiger, als sie tatsächlich ist. Die Lage in der zweiten Reihe vom Hafen aus ist ruhig und das Appartement sehr sauber. Zudem ein ausgezeichneter Kontakt zu den Vermietern mit tollem Service und super Erreichbarkeit bei Fragen und Anliegen. Santa Lucia ist ein geruhsames und kleines Fischerdorf mit tollen Restaurants und kleinen Supermärkten in der unmittelbaren Nähe der Wohnung. Wer länger als eine Woche bleiben will, soll sich darauf einstellen, dass die Küche klein und minimalistisch ausgestattet ist. Das Notwendigste ist dennoch vorhanden und wir haben es geschätzt, dass die Wohnung relativ neu war. Und selbst die Parksituation ist in den engen Gassen kein wirkliches Problem: vorausgesetzt man ist mit einem kleinen Auto unterwegs. Ansonsten lohnt es sich das Auto an den ausreichend vorhandenen Parkplätzen am Dorfrand abzustellen.

Wir waren als gesamte Familie hier zu Gast und haben gemeinsam Weihnachten gefeiert. Unsere Kinder haben es geliebt durch die Orangen und Avocado Plantage zu wandern, frische Orangen vom Baum zu essen und das Reiten waren eine tolle Erfahrung. Super Haus für Kinder und Großfamilie mit Großeltern. Gepflegt und sauber. Frederico hat uns alles besorgt was wir brauchten. Wir kommen wieder!

We had a wonderful 4 week stay in this Central Tavira Townhouse, which was exactly as described in the listing. David met us at Faro airport and drove us to the house, which saved us worrying about finding a taxi and the right address. We were greeted with a huge welcome food box including not just tea, coffee, milk etc for our first night but also bread, bacon, eggs, beans, water, beer and wine. As we're both not very mobile, we found several supermarkets a short and inexpensive taxi ride away. Nearby was the river and a good selection of every type of restaurant. We like to explore and loved that the local bus station was just across the road from the townhouse. We visited much of the Algarve very easily by bus. The property is huge with two big bedrooms, two bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. The back garden was lovely to sit out in the sunshine and we enjoyed several BBQs. Overall an excellent stay that we would highly recommend.

Wat een groot huis! 3 terrassen en 3 grote slaapkamers tezamen met een volledig geëquipeerde keuken en fijne leefruimte. Zalig vertoeven en gemakkelijke communicatie. Wij komen nog eens terug!

La casa está equipada con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Limpieza excelente. Brian, nos informó muy bien de todo; supermercados, playas...etc. Nuestra estancia ha sido muy reconfortante. Sin duda un lugar que recomendaremos.

La maison de Nina est identique à la description décorée avec beaucoup de goût et raffinement ambiance cosy on s y sent comme chez soi Nous avons apprécié de faire une petite flambée car il faisait un peu cru quand nous rentrions mais tout est mis à disposition Tout était impeccable propreté au top literie de qualité rien ne manquait beaucoup de vaisselle et accessoires utiles Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés

Wow! Een plek midden in tavira, op loop afstand van geweldige restaurants en de stad. We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in dit huis. Het is een rustpunt in de stad. Alles wat je nodig hebt is er, en zelfs nog meer. Een grote bank, een ruime tafel, een uitgebreide keuken met alles erop en eraan. Één bovenverdieping met mooie kamers. Een babybedje met allerlei extra dekens. Meer dan genoeg handdoeken, ook voor de keuken. Een een geweldig dakterras. En een gereserveerde parkeerplaats voor de deur. Kortom, een plek om thuis te komen op vakantie en welke we hopelijk in de toekomst nog een keer zullen bezoeken.

Una casa fantástica, muy especial, tradicional y cómoda en una ubicación totalmente céntrica pero tranquila al mismo tiempo. José es un anfitrión muy amable y atento a nuestras necesidades. Un lugar donde volver, sin duda!

O apartamento localiza-se numa urbanização tipo condomínio fechado, num bloco com a melhor vista de todo o empreendimento. No terraço/ varanda de trás encontramos tudo para desfrutar das vistas e do bom tempo, sofás e cadeirões, almofadas e 2 espreguiçadeiras. No interior, as fotografias falam por si, mas tudo é uma preciosidade, sobretudo para quem aprecia detalhes. O único senão é o facto de a piscina ter horário restrito, é pena não dar para ir de manhã. De resto, precisa de ir de carro para fazer compras, tomar refeições, ir à praia, etc. No geral, uma experiência muito positiva!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit bei Elvira in der kleinen Dachgeschoss Wohnung. Die Terrasse mit Grill ist ein absolutes Highlight! Ansonsten gibt es alles was man benötigt und die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist super - man ist fußläufig schnell bei allem was man braucht in der süßen Altstadt! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! :)

Wunderschön und erholsam. Wir waren nun das vierte Jahr in Folge hier und haben es wieder sehr genossen. Fatima und Tiago sind tolle Gastgeber und sehr herzliche Menschen.

Una estancia muy buena para ir en familia. Cerca de la playa, zona tranquila y hay cerca un supermercado que hay de todo. Todo funcionaba a la perfección y muy bien el apartamento muy bien equipado. La anfitriona muy atenta en todo momento, gracias Meraky. Un fin de semana maravilloso en familia. Recomendamos el apartamento 100%

Lovely home on multiple levels. Great roof patio. Easy access to large local mall with Continente grocery store, pharmacy, mobile phone service, clothing stores and movie theatre. This was our first stay in Tavira. Probably our 8th stay in the Algarve. Really loved it’s charm and will be back. A 10 minute drive to downtown and some free parking. Not as crowded as further West. Short trips to local small towns. Half hour drive from Faro airport. House is airy, good heat on all rooms. Easy parking at front door. Well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds. Dorota was extremely responsive to any inquiry we had. She even left some oranges and lemon from her garden. We are both in our 70s and my wife has some mobility issues. The home having multiple levels, there are short stairs between all levels. There is no hand rail from main entrance to lower family room/dining area. Great home and stay and highly recommended. Make sure you purchase Tavira grown oranges, they are the best.

El apartamento es excelente, en muy buen estado, limpio y equipado con todo. unas vistas fantásticas y bien localizado para visitar PN Doñana, la playa, restaurantes. la unica pega pero es algo común en Matalascañas son las escaleras, para personas con movilidad reducida puede ser un inconveniente. volveremos sin duda Gracias Victor y Paqui
