This was an amazing home that was clean and well taken care of. Everything was made easier thanks to the host's flexibility with check-in, where there had been a misunderstanding on my part. The host was super responsive and helpful. Over all the home was clean, close to local amenities, and private. Great find would rent again.

May 2025. Just back a week at this villa. What an amazing week. The place was amazing and the views are to die for. The villa had everything and more than you could need. Every detail thought about. Check in was so easy and we were able to leave our luggage as we arrived early. The location is perfect for a relaxing time, 15 mins from the airport (€35 for a taxi for 6). Siam Mall is a steep 10 mins walk but recommend a taxi back up the hill🥵. The beds were so comfortable, we all slept like babies. We will definitely be back. Thank you for an amazing holiday.

We really enjoyed our stay and we thought the apartment and views were even nicer than in pictures. With family it was perfect, the heated pool, spacious apartment and garage made life easy. Viktoria and Sergej responded always with no delay and are super friendly. Area was also good for us and I enjoyed runs along the sea and also on the hiking trail close by with amazing views. If you want to eat out a lot, be prerared that you need to walk a bit to areas with restaurants. Pool we had often only for ourselves so it was quiet and peaceful in the residential complex. Thank you for making our holiday unforgettable!

A stunning villa in a stunning location. The pool was very warm. The layout of the property was great both inside and out. Great selection of kitchen basics(S&P,oil etc). Car recommended but it’s only a few mins walk to the bus stop if needed. No problem getting taxis. We didn’t want to leave! Shaun was a great host and very friendly. Excellent!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et cette maison y a fortement contribué ! Elle est dans le style canarien, très spacieuse, agréable, 4 chambres avec placards, 2 salles de bain, une grande salle à manger/cuisine et le bonus avec des enfants une immense salle de jeux avec table de ping-pong ! La piscine chauffée est bien agréable ! Nous sommes à 1h en moyenne minimum de tous les points de visite donc emplacement idéal ! Et Miks et Israël sont toujours à l'écoute et attentionnés ! Merciiii beaucoup pour cette magnifique semaine dans votre maison et sur cette île incroyable tant ses paysages sont multiples et magnifiques !! Au plaisir, Laurie

One of the nicest villas We have stayed in, the style, furnishings, location were exceptional. Would definitely use again, Claudia and her parents were great. Any small problem was quickly dealt with.

Absolutely fantastic place for four generations. Definitely go back . The only negative thing we could say was there were no mirrors in the bedrooms which we would strongly recommend when hiring out to ladies who need mirrors for their hair and make up and can’t do that in the bathrooms when other members of the family are needing to shower . Great check in , well stocked kitchen with herbs etc , washing up liquid etc . Great choice of kitchen utensils, comfortable beds . Great location near to beach , restaurants etc . From the age of 3 to 83 the villa worked for us all . Thank you

just home from a wonderful 6 night stay at Monalisas lovely apartment. could not fault anything about the place, 2 great terraces, very clean, modern, one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in, location is fantastic with everything within easy walking distance of bars,restaurants, beach, nearby large mercdona supermarket a 2 min walk away for all provisions needed. any questions to Monalisa answered promptly and concisely. check in instructions clear and precise accompanied with pictures to make it all the easier. We would gladly stay at this property again any time in the future.

Lupe was an incredible host who responded to messages quickly with ideas for beaches, restaurants, and shops. The place was absolutely pristine and the views out over the sea to the island were amazing. It was well-located if you have a car - 15 minutes to the Adeje Coast or Los Gigantes so you had your pick. The weather was quite changeable when we were there so it was handy to be able to be flexible with where we went. Of course, the actual house, pool and deckchairs were extremely comfortable and a pleasant place to spend the day as well! We enjoyed BBQing and the bed was comfortable too. Restaurant next door was delicious, friendly and good value. Overall, a great stay!

Judit was an exceptonal host; the best AirBnB host I've come across, so quick with all communications before and during the holiday. Her AirBnB is absolutely lovely, in the perfect location (right next to Siam Park); I would say if you are doing a Self Catering Holiday is Costa Adeje then you cannot go wrong with this amazing place. We felt very at home there, Judit was great with all recommendations and helped us settle in straight away. We loved spending time relaxing at the AirBnB and having the pool is just perfect. I cannot say enough good things about the holiday we've had. Thank You Judit. 👍🏻😍👍🏻

Stort hus med masser af plads til hele vores store familie på 12, med både små og store børn. Virkelig dejligt at der var badeværelse i forbindelse med alle soveværelserne. Mange dejlige balkoner , hvor man kunne trække sig og være privat omkring huset. Vi var glade for, at vi havde lejet biler, både til indkøb og udflugter. De unge og aktive fandt flere fine løbe og vandreture i bjergene omkring huset. Tusind tak til Patrick med flere for en dejlig ferie i det smukke hus .

Die Unterkunft ist mindestens genauso schön wie auf den Bildern. Der Blick aufs Meer ist wundervoll. Die Küche war top ausgestattet. Insgesamt war alles vorhanden was man braucht um sich wohlzufühlen. Auch ein Hochstuhl und ein Babybett für unserne Kleinsten. Die Treppen waren etwas steil für unsere Kleinkinder. Aber wir haben improvisiert und sie selbst teilweise abgesichert. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Der Strand wunderschön und kaum besucht. Keine Restaurants oder größeren Geschäfte fußläufig erreichbar. Deshalb ist ein Auto sehr zu empfehlen. Parken war direkt vorm Haus möglich. Die Nachbarn hört man schon etwas und die Flugzeuge teilweise auch. Aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Die Kommunikation mit Boris lief reibungslos. Er hat schnell und freundlich geantwortet.

Het was precies wat we zochten. Een groot huis met zwembad en twee zit plekken voor zon en schaduw op het terras. Het zwembad is zout en fris water en ook dat vonden wij heerlijk. Er is een stenen bbq en er lagen zelfs kolen en aanmaak blokjes. De keuken is groot en heeft genoeg servies en pannen. Er is perculator aanwezig voor koffie. Het huis heeft drie slaapkamers waarvan twee slaapkamers met een tweepersoons bed. De derde slaapkamer zijn twee aparte bedden. Ook is er een wasmachine aanwezig. De ligging vonden wij super. Rondom het huis zijn andere huisjes en het was heel stil overdag en ‘s avonds. Op loopafstand is een kleine supermarkt en meerdere restaurants en lunch plekjes (tip: La Parma voor goede koffie en ontbijt/lunch) De communicatie met de host was snel, vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam. Dankjewel daarvoor.

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an der Straße zum Teide Nationalpark und eignet sich daher super wenn man viel wandern möchte. Auch in die Innenstadt (z.B. Costa Adeje) ist es mit dem Auto nicht sehr weit, ein Mietwagen ist allerdings sehr zu empfehlen! Das Grundstück ist sehr groß & ruhig. Morgens kann man Draußen auf der sonnigen Terrasse frühstücken und sogar Orangen und Zitronen aus dem Garten ernten! Der Gärtner wohnt auf dem selben Grundstück, ist aber sehr freundlich & hilfsbereit. Es kann abends relativ kalt werden. Als Heizung gibt es zwei elekt. Heizlüfter und den Kamin. Leider ist nur die erste Feuerholz-Box (reichte für ca. 1-2 Tage) kostenlos, danach muss man für zusätzliches Holz zahlen. Die Gastgeberin Kira ist sehr freundlich & hilfsbereit, aber selbst nicht vor Ort und manchmal dauert es ein wenig bis sie antwortet. Die positiven Seiten der Unterkunft überwiegen für mich trotzdem & ich würde sie erneut buchen :)

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana nel meraviglioso appartamento di Miguel. Inutile dire che la terrazza sia il punto forte della casa, dove è possibile godersi la vista sul mare e la tranquillità della zona durante i pasti e i momenti di relax. Ottima la zona: quartiere tranquillo e silenzioso con parcheggio sempre disponibile e con facilità di raggiungere in pochi minuti tutte le strade principali per tutte le destinazioni dell'isola. L'host super gentile e disponibile!!

Just had a lovely week here .Enjoyed the peaceful residential location .Its about 30 minute walk to Playa Fanabe area ( go via xsur and take the path that goes over the motorway). Definitely go to Darias bakery (5 min walk), we had a lovely breakfast there one morning and regular trips for croissants etc . We also had a fantastic sushi meal one evening at Nami sushi. We had good meals at Limoncello, Milanos and Leonardos ( and they were all great for our Gluten free son) Had a good day at Siam water park , we were there for 9.30 am and the first couple of hours got straight on slides We also had a great boat trip with Montecristo and saw Pilot whales and Dolphins ( 10 am trip) Nice to come back to a peaceful location .Local taxi is cheaper than Uber We kept the number for our airport taxi who was very helpful during our stay Enjoy !!

Hiermit möchte ich mich nochmals Herzlich für die Vermietung deiner super Casa bedanken. ! Mit 5 Sterne Bewertungen halten wir uns meistens zurück, allerdings hast du und deine Casa es sich auf Grundlage einer für uns auch Top Preis=Leistung verdient. Es ist selbstverständlich auch in erster Linie die eigene Vorstellung und oder Erwartungshaltung und vielleicht auch deshalb fanden wir alle 6 Gäste, dass die Casa viel schöner ist, wie beschrieben und auch Fotografiert. Wir waren mit einem Teil der Familie über Silvester 24 dort für 8? Nächte ( Zeit ist viel zu schnell vergangen) und wir alle haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. 3 schöne separate Schlafzimmer, alle mit eigenem Bad. Sehr schöne verschiedene Sitz, chill und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. wunderschöner Ausblick, auch von der Frühstückstafel. Es gibt auch einen sehr schönen Jaccuzi auf der Terrasse. @ Tino, lass die Stromzuleitung überprüfen ;) Mit Auto seit ihr über eine super neue Strasse in 10 Minuten auf der Autobahn.... usw.

Fantastic family holiday at the villa travelling with children ranging from 6 to 16. The villa was spacious, as described in the listing and very well equipped. The location was fantastic - close to amenities but also felt private. Ravi was an exceptional host - very helpful, responsive and friendly.
