Estupendo Ático a menos de 1 minuto caminando del paseo marítimo y la playa de la Cala del Moral. Muy luminoso y soleado con orientación sur. Vistas al mar desde la terraza. Tiene dos habitaciones, una de matrimonio y otra con cama individual, un cuarto de baño, cocina equipada con todos los utensilios necesarios para cocinar y salón. Las habitaciones y el salón tienen aire acondicionado. El parking es privado, pequeño y el tamaño máximo de coche que cabe es tipo Volkswagen Golf.
