Very quite apartments 5-7 minutes walking from big beach (you can rent beach beds from Beach Club or use your own ones - if you rent, book for week-ends in advance as a lot of people coming). 3 bedrooms and kitchen/hall provides enough space for 6 adults + small child. Owner is very approachable and ready to help. It is advised to ensure that you have car to go to supermarket: nearest one is appox 3km away, big one 15km away. There is a bakery and mini market with essentials 15-20 mins walking but choice is limited there. Overal we liked apartments and reccomend them.

We stayed 6 weeks and it felt like a resort. My family really liked the pool during the heat wave and the "basement" villa overlooking the sea was great for our teenagers to get away from us. Great location with easy access to shopping and the main road around Evia. Not great if you're looking for a place that doesn't need a car. The wifi is about standard for Greece and the islands. The host and his brother (Andreas) were amazing and responsive when we had problems or questions. There are several rentals within the gated area that have access to the beach, but this is the only rental with a pool and a beach. The beach is better than most public beaches on the gulf-side of Evia, but the Agean-side of Evia is where the real beaches are. I would definitely stay there again.

Wow! What an amazing stay. An authentic family holiday home that has clearly been loved for generations, in a stunning location, and with all the amenities for a fantastic group / family stay. Eleni was super friendly, kind and helpful, was there to greet us on arrival, and on hand to answer questions throughout. Probably the best Airbnb I've experienced, in over a decade. We will definitely be visiting again.

Η βίλα ήταν υπέροχη, ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες και στην περιγραφή. Είχε όλα όσα χρειάζεται ένα σπίτι και δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα. Η θέα φανταστική και η πισίνα υπέροχη. Η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα, ο,τι ερώτηση είχαμε με χαρά μας βοήθησε. Δεν υπήρχε τίποτα αρνητικό ώστε να το αναφέρω. Θα ξανά πήγαινα χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη.

wir haben uns von anfang an wohl gefühlt in der unterkunft. sehr schöne lage. gut ausgerüstete küche. direkt zur unterkunft zu fahren war nicht möglich, man muss ca. 100m über den strand laufen. das hat uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört. danke sofia, babis und eleni

Όλα εξαιρετικά. Ευρύχωρο,πολύ καθαρό διαμέρισμα σε κεντρικό σημείο στη Χαλκίδα, πολύ κοντά σε παραλία, όλα προσβάσιμα με λίγα λεπτά περπάτημα. Η επικοινωνία ακριβης και αποτελεσματική. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα για ένα ή δύο άτομα για επίσκεψη στην όμορφη Χαλκιδα.

Η δεύτερη επίσκεψη μας στο sunny house μας άφησε τις ίδιες υπέροχες εντυπώσεις. Είναι βέβαιο ότι θα ξαναπάμε με την πρώτη ευκαιρία. Η Ζωή και ο Κυριακος εξαιρετικοί οικοδεσπότες , ευγενικοί και φιλικοί ,όπως πάντα . Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την θερμή υποδοχή στον πανέμορφο χώρο σας.

We had an excellent vacation and we highly recommend! A stunning house in a secluded and private area, a few minutes' drive from the nearby town, Amarinthos. Very suitable for those looking for peace and natural scenery and an excellent starting point for trips in Evia. Please note that a car is required. The house is equipped with everything you need, clean and tidy. Maybe could be renewed a bit. Josh was very communicative and helped with anything needed. We would love to return there for more vacations in the future!
