The apartment is based at the 3rd floor (no elevator) of an antique Tuscan building: the sealing in wood and the stone walls are all authentic! You'll find a very cosy and unique atmosphere made by the care for details and love for my home. En-joy it! The apartment has been detailed designed and renovated taking care of original stone walls from XVI sec, original marblekitchen sink, wood ceiling, parquet floor. The new balcony (with the view on the old tower) makes special every moment of the day surrounding by seasonal flowers and strawberry: enjoy at breakfast or for an aperitivo tasting a glass of Chianti wine or watching the full moon in the night. The little town of Pistoia surprises with its discreet charm enclosed in alleys and squares decorated with historical monuments and palaces, testimony of an ancient artistic past. Podere Vergianoni è un antica proprietà del 1600 a gestione familiare situato nelle splendide colline del Chianti in Toscana con la possibilità di organizzare navetta privata e esperienze locali direttamente con la nostra famiglia . L'appartamento è disponibile per 2 adulti con possibilità aggiunta divano letto per 2 bambini sotto i 12 anni . Nel grande cortile esterno troverete una piscina a sale con area relax su terrazza panoramica con vista su castello e vigneti con tramonti unici.

Appartamento “Il Globo”

Posto al secondo piano dell’edificio che un tempo ospitava il centralissimo Cinema Globo, l’appartamento si colloca nel cuore di Pistoia, e gode di un affaccio d’eccezione. Dotato di tutti i comfort essenziali, compreso l’ascensore, l’appartamento, accogliente e silenzioso, si trova a pochi minuti a piedi da tutte le attrattive principali, nonché dalla stazione ferroviaria e da vari parcheggi a pagamento. L’appartamento Il Globo è il punto migliore dal quale iniziare l’esplorazione di Pistoia.

Antica casa colonica con giardino

La casa che risale al 1600 circa è stata perfettamente restaurata. I suoi muri in pietra molto spessi fanno in modo che la temperatura sia ottimale in inverno ed estate. Oltre al fascino della casa antica, ha il pregio di essere situata sulla collina piu' vicina al centro della città, Pistoia. Per questo si puo' ammirare la vista della città dall'alto. Il centro storico dista solo 3 Km. La mia casa è quindi un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare le citta' vicine come Prato, Firenze e Lucca.

L'appartamento è situato al primo piano di un edificio posto nel centro di Chiesina Uzzanese, cittadina situata nel centro della Toscana. Data la sua posizione (casello A11), è ottimale per visitare città come Lucca, Firenze, Pisa, Montecatini, Pescia - Collodi, Pistoia, Viareggio - Torre del Lago Puccini, Pontedera (Museo Piaggio), Montecarlo, Lajatico (Bocelli), oltre a siti naturalistici come il Padule di Fucecchio e il lago di Sibolla. In Chiesina vi sono buoni ristoranti e negozi tipici.

L' appartamento è una porzione indipendente del casale, con ingresso separato e tutte le comodità necessarie. È situato in una zona rurale, circondata da boschi e colline, e offre un'atmosfera rilassante a contatto con la natura. La strada per arrivare è un po' tortuosa ma ne vale la pena! È normale incontrare insetti e altri animali tipici della campagna. Se sei allergico a qualche insetto o hai paura di loro, questo potrebbe non essere il posto giusto per te. 6 km da centro Pistoia
