El apartamento era hermoso, tal cual se muestra en las fotos, tenía todas las comodidades que hicieron nuestra estadía muy amena. Definitivamente lo recomiendo, Giorgia siempre estuvo atenta y fue muy amable. Amamos el detalle de bienvenida. Esperamos volver!

Nice place, very close to T2 station which goes to the city center and main touristic attractions. Giada is responsive and nice. There is a bit of a noise issue in the main room as it seems to be located behind another flat bathroom but other than that we had a good stay

Séjour magique chez Paola. Difficile de décrire en quelques mots toute la gentillesse dont elle a fait preuve avec nous, on s'est tout de suite senti comme chez nous. Paola est venue nous chercher en voiture à la gare et nous a accueillis avec une bonne bouteille de vin et de la pizza - délicieuse -, difficile d'avoir une meilleure arrivée surtout après un long voyage. Elle a été très proactive tout au long de notre séjour et nous a même emmenés une demi-journée dans le Chianti pour que l'on puisse visiter un vignoble car nous n'avions pas de voiture - nous n'en revenons toujours pas de sa générosité ! Elle est aux petits soins avec tous ses invités et sa propriété est magnifique, nous avons bien profité de la piscine et l'appartement est merveilleusement bien décoré et équipé. Nous recommandons fortement de séjourner chez Paola, la meilleure hôte airbnb que nous ayons eue. Encore merci pour tout Paola, vous avez été merveilleuse, et nous rêvons déjà de revenir ! Arrivederci! :)

The apartment was very clean, well equipped and spacious. It was perfect for us travelling with a toddler. Also, the hosts were very helpful giving us lot of information about the surroundings. We had a bit of a trouble finding a place to have lunch.on a public holoday, but Fabiana called several restaurants to helped us book a wonderful restaurant near by the beach! The stay at the apartment was more than pleasant. We would love to come back again in the summer!🌞🏖️

casa perfetta, pulita (anzi, più che pulita), ordinata e arredata con gusto e semplicità. non mancava niente. Letto super. Doccia super. Parcheggio sotto casa sempre disponibile. cos'altro dire... soggiorno perfetto.

Very welcoming host. He prepared soaps, coffee, aperol spritz and lots more stuff for us. Also, there was a very convenient map that the host has prepared, on the map there were listed stores, bus stops, tram and etc. The bus stop is right by the apartament and then the city centre is around 20-30min from the apartament. Super convenient!

Beautiful and spacious apartment, has all the amenities needed for a very comfortable stay. The photos don’t do it justice! The hosts are very communicative, hospitable and responsive, we really enjoyed our stay. The arrival instructions were detailed and clear. The apartment is in a great location, just 10 minutes walk from the main train station. We hope to visit again!

Wir waren im April drei Nächte in diesem Apartment und es entsprach genau den Bildern. Die Unterkunft ist großzügig, modern ausgestattet und das Bett sehr bequem. Besonders positiv: Die gute Anbindung mit dem Bus ins Stadtzentrum sowie die kostenlosen Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war die schwache Belüftung – trotz Klimaanlage war es recht feucht im Raum, sodass Kleidung morgens leicht klamm war. In der Dusche fehlten Ablagen für Duschgel und Handtuchhalter. Trotz dieser Kleinigkeiten war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat schnell reagiert. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft war spitze, sehr gut gelegen, ruhig aber doch zentral, nahe am Meer. Die Wohnungseinrichtung und auch Küche waren in sehr gutem Zustand, alles hat super funktioniert; das ist in Italien nicht immer selbstverständlich. Wir haben nichts vermisst.

O local corresponde às fotos e muito mais. O jardim é lindíssimo e super tranquilo. A casa tem muitos detalhes e móveis antigos lindos. Adoramos estar lá. Pamela nos enviou todos os detalhes de check-in e nos recebeu super bem. A casa tem uma cozinha super completa e uma cama muito confortável. Está muito próxima a estação de trem e é de fácil acesso. Recomendo muito a estadia!!!

We loved our stay at Lorenzo’s place. We were a party of four adults and a baby. Lorenzo was very accommodating in organising a cot and highchair. The bedrooms are spacious and having the upper deck off them was great, opening the curtains in the morning to that view is a fantastic way to start the day. The garden is lovely, and we enjoyed visits from Lorenzo’s cats, although they did not come into the house. We walked into the town most days, it is a pleasant walk, even pushing a stroller. Everyone we met was very friendly, San Miniato has all the charm of a hilltop town without hordes of visitors. We had some great meals, Lorenzo had left a book of local information, including recommendations for restaurants, which we made good use of. We could have stayed longer, and will do so if we are lucky enough to return. Thank you Lorenzo.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit! Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist eine richtige Wohlfühloase, umgeben von einem wunderschönen Pinienwald, der für eine entspannte Atmosphäre sorgt. Besonders begeistert waren wir von dem tollen Pfad, der direkt zum Strand führt – perfekt für Spaziergänge und um die Natur zu genießen. Die große Küche bietet alles, was man braucht, um für die ganze Gruppe zu kochen. Besonders aufmerksam war, dass die Gastgeberin uns ein paar Spielsachen für das Kind unserer Freunde gebracht hat – das hat den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

I stayed with Jennifer and Eric while I was having work done on my home and it was such a welcome change to country living. Everything is right at your fingertips. They are a stone’s throw away from amazing restaurants. I loved walking the walls. I was so impressed with how much information they gave me about the area, favorite restaurants, getting around, etc. I can’t say enough about what amazing hosts Jen and Eric are. Communication was stellar. Their home is so beautiful and well appointed with very comfortable furnishings. I slept like a dream. Jen & Eric were so welcoming. I really felt at home and like I made some new friends.

Staying here was a dream come true! The view is breathtaking and the home is beautifully decorated in a cozy eclectic style while maintaining the rustic beauty of the structure itself and honoring it’s history. I will never forget this experience—ideal to visit with friends! It is located up a steep hillside and well worth the adventure to get there. Varinia literally thought of and provided every detail a guest would need. I would love to return one day!

Appartamento meraviglioso, pulito e ben studiato. Posizionato a pochissimi passi dal mare, comunicazione impeccabile, host pazientissimo e gentile nonostante il ritardo di 6 ore dovuto ad un guasto meccanico. Consiglio vivamente. Grazie mille. Ottimo soggiorno. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

David's place was perfect, we truly enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable and at home. The apartment was in a great location, close to shops and restaurants but not too close as to get all the foot traffic and noise. The apartment was immaculate and had all the amenities we needed (great kitchen, good wifi (as my husband needed to work while there), comfortable beds, modern appliances, everything we needed. We even had use of a bicycle which is a definitely something necessary in Lucca! David was very responsive and helpful (despite the time difference between us). He put a guidebook together which was perfect in getting us started on our stay in Lucca. We truly enjoyed the apartment and would highly recommend!

Appartamento ordinato e pulito. Si trova in una zona molto comoda di San Terenzo, vicino al mare e al supermercato. Il posto auto vicino alla casa è un grande plus. Oste (Fondazione Manlio Canepa) chiara nella comunicazione, celere e proattiva.

Great place - had everything we needed and very spacious with 4 bathrooms (and very modern)! Daniele was incredibly responsive and helpful. Place was located near multiple grocery stores and a bakery (across the street) and bus stop. Very close to the river and some parks.

Appartamento incantevole nel centro città. Facile parcheggiare appena fuori le mura. La descrizione e le foto molto veritiere. La casa è bellissima e funzionale, massima privacy avendo il bagno tra le due camere. Molto facile l'accesso grazie alle istruzioni ricevute. Se ritornerò a Lucca, vorrei soggiornare ancora qui.

We absolutely loved staying here! It is so charming and cosy. We felt relaxed straight away. The hosts complimentary items are really thoughtful. The apartment is perfect for two, immaculately clean with everything you need for a stay. Its a relaxing and comfortable space, attention to detail, feels like you’re being hosted by friends! Fast communication and the hosts are really friendly and helpful. So close to the town its a quick walk but the street is quiet still. Would definitely recommend!

Logement très propre, conforme à l'annonce. Chambre très spacieuse, avec une très bonne literie. Place de parking dans la résidence. Situé à quelques kilomètres de Pise, très central pour faire la visite de la Toscane. Nous remercions Francesca qui nous a accueilli avec ponctualité et pour ses conseils pour les visites.
