We just spent 2½ incredible weeks at this amazing property—honestly, it was so good we considered hiding the keys and never leaving. This place has everything you could possibly want: it’s sparkling clean, beautifully stylish, and features a wraparound balcony so enormous you could host a party for 100 of your closest friends. (But please don’t—it’s a quiet neighborhood, and the orange and lemon trees downstairs don’t appreciate loud music.) On top of that, there's an amazing sun deck upstairs perfect for tanning or pretending you're a Greek god. The management and staff are phenomenal—super responsive, helpful, and we even had housekeeping twice. Seriously, we felt like we were living at the Ritz Carlton, minus the tuxedoed bellhop. I can’t recommend it enough—but maybe don't book it when I'm heading back to Athens, because I fully plan on stealing this place for myself again. Highly recommended (except when I’m there!). Thanks again—we’ll be back soon!

Wonderful and peaceful neighborhood, within walking distance from the beach, private and safe. The studio is charming, too, and communication was fluid throughout the process.

Πολύ καλός χώρος σε καλό σημείο. Αξίζει αρκετά, κοντά στην θάλασσα και σε μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς. Ο Κώστας πολύ εξυπηρετικός και απαντούσε πάντα. Άξιζε για τα χρήματα και θα το σύστηνα ειδικά για τους καλοκαιρινούς μήνες για όσους θέλουν να είναι κοντά στις παραλίες. Εμάς μας βόλεψε πολύ και τώρα. Περάσαμε υπέροχα στο σπίτι αυτό

Appartement très calme donnant sur jardin dans un immeuble également très calme. Quartier résidentiel reposant, avec beaucoup de cafés, bars, restaurants, boutiques et la mer à proximité. Le café en face de l’immeuble est excellent pour le petit-déjeuner. L’appartement est très propre et lumineux. Une excellente expérience à Athènes! Je recommande.

This apartment holds everything you need, From a large balcony surrounding the apartment, cosy saloon and specially sofa, Because the house holds 2 connected balconies there was amazing breeze inside the apartment And specially the sunset and morning light that enters into the apartment. We will definitely return to this apartment at our next visit at this area. The owner was very kindly and responsive for any requirements that we needed.

Our stay at the apartment in Palio Faliro was wonderful. We were greeted at the airport by a taxi set up by our host. Our driver picked us up from the Athens airport very late at night and brought us to the apartment. There we were greeted by the owners assistant who showed us around. She was very sweet, courteous and informative. We loved the nice large size of the apartment. The comfortable beds and spacious kitchen for preparing meals. The patio is a lovely addition to the apartment. It extends the length of the apartment and can be entered from the kitchen, living room and bedroom. The apartment offered all you need for an excellent stay in Palio Faliro. We would definitely rent this apartment again when returning to the area.

This property beat all expectations, it was more beautiful than it looked in the photos and has clearly been thoroughly thought of when renovating. The furnishings are beautiful and the amenities are just everything you need and more. I can’t wait to go back and stay again.

It was the personal touch from Clara that really made this stay for us. A medical crisis arose during our stay, but Clara jumped in with advice and help, ensuring that what could have been quite serious was more easily navigated than it otherwise would have been without Clara's assistance and care. Amazing hospitality. This was a last-minute, late evening booking due to an unforeseen change in travel. Panayotis was very responsive and incredibly generous in offering to give me a ride when he was already in the area and then storing my luggage in the morning for an hour past the check-out time I didn't have time to take full advantage of the upstairs veranda but enjoyed my walk to the little chapel nearby and along the coastline. Panayotis also offered some suggestions for the next leg of travel in Greece.

We stayed at the flat for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. Panos was extremely flexible and responded quickly and kindly to our messages. Communication via Privat was effortless. The apartment is located in a peaceful residential area of Glyfada, perfect if you’d rather skip the tourist crowds and live like a local. The veranda was a real highlight, extremely relaxing. Excellent villa in upscale neighborhood, two blocks away from the beach. Rented for family event in town and did not regret it. Outdoor garden area is beautiful and the house is very spacious. Friendly and communicative owners. Would rent again, no hesitation!

Lokasyon da oldukça merkezi ve ulaşım çok rahattı. Ev sahibimiz ise çok ilgili, nazik ve yardımseverdi. Kendimizi çok hoş karşılanmış ve güvende hissettik. Bu kadar düşünceli bir ev sahibiyle karşılaşmak gerçekten büyük şanstı. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz.

Konstantinos is located in a peaceful and safe part of Athens. The apartment is in very nice condition, the pictures are not deceiving. He is a very kind host, always quick to respond and even provided food and toiletries. There is a Lidl about 10 minutes walk away, where you can buy cheap groceries. I highly recommend staying in Athens if you don't mind the city centre being a bit far away. The 40 bus is calculable and the metro is close by too. And Athens and Greece are wonderful, needless to say. And let's not forget the lovely cats :)

Amazing stay for my mother from Australia for 5 weeks, close to everything extremely clean, nice neighbourhood walking distance to everything. Size is great for Glyfada very spacious and comfortable. Thank you will stay again.

Booked Niko’s place last minute and he was able to accommodate me within short notice. The view was unreal and so worth it! Tons of cafes and shopping available nearby. Watching the sunset from the hot tub was an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, making the entire experience smooth and welcoming. The place was exactly as described—spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Its location was perfect, close to everything we needed. We especially loved the large, comfortable outdoor space; we enjoyed spending time out there just as much as we did inside the apartment. Highly recommend!

Dora was very easy to deal with, very friendly, responsive and welcoming. We were provided with fruit, OJ, water, coffee, bread, butter, honey and wine. All the rooms were very clean. There are two sleeping rooms and one bathroom. The apartment looks newly refurbished. Amenities are excellent. There is a well functioning aircon across the apartment. Across the street, you’ll find a public beach. Within a few minutes’ walking distance, you’ll find plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops. If you have a car, you can find parking outside the building. Otherwise, the tram station is nearby and you have easy access to taxis via Freenow. The only little caveat was the noise at night from the main street right behind the apartment. Albeit the apartment is well isolated, some night owls use the street as their race track.

On est à pied de toutes les commodités et du tramway pour aller à au centre d’Athènes. Glyfada est très dynamique avec de nombreuses boutiques, restaurants et épiceries fines.
