I enjoyed this place. Very peaceful, beautiful and well taken care of. I will be back again. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Lovely Airbnb. Extremely clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies, extra linens, games etc. The mattress has a lot of give and the pillows are not comfortable. If you’re a woman avoid walking alone at night. Otherwise this was a great place to stay.

We LOVED our stay here. With two suites, both my sister and I felt like we had our own private space & yet really nice public spaces to have breakfast or wine and cheese in the evenings together - like our own 2 bedroom condo. Joelle’s place was beautifully decorated and feels like a boutique hotel. We spent 2 days by the pool as it was 90 degrees and hand it all to ourselves. Joelle was a pleasure to deal with and instructions were step by step & easy to follow. We walked 2 blocks over everyday to a fabulous walking/biking path. We walked five minutes through the library garage and popped out to some of the best restaurants in Scottsdale. If you get a chance, try out The Mission, ZuZu & The Breakfast Club. Thank you & we would stay again for sure.

I had an amazing stay. The home was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to work, quiet and a walkable neighborhood. Monica was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great local tips and making sure I felt at home. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and every little detail showed thoughtfulness and care.

Arena’s place is the right size, she does a great job communicating and responding. This was the 2nd time I stayed and always check to make sure her place is available when I go to PHX.

Great hosts, great place! The condo was perfect for our visit to Tempe. Spacious, well appointed & easy location for getting around Tempe/Phoenix. Nice pool & workout room added to our week-long stay. We’ll recommend this space to others visiting Phoenix.

Very nice, spacious and new apartment with great amenities and location - we loved the pool area! The host was very responsive when we had questions about getting into the complex. Super easy access to the highway and lots of shopping, restaurants, grocery stores nearby. Our only suggestion is to offer more seating (such as a bistro table) for mealtimes and to relax on the outdoor patio. Overall a nice place, a minor furniture upgrade would make it great!

We loved our stay at the Pavoni Getaway! Perfect for a couple. The location was great - walkable to many restaurants, stores, and our favorite - OHSO Brewery - and just a short drive to Scottsdale or Phoenix. There’s a great walking/biking path just steps away from the complex as well that walks through the nearby golf course and neighborhoods. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the patio and the peacefulness of the area. Most days we had the pool to ourselves. All of the residents in the complex were very friendly. The unit was very clean, kitchen is stocked with many spices and dishes/pots/pans/silverware/tupperware. We had everything we needed! We hope to return to Carolyn’s place for a stay again soon :)

I rented this apartment for my parent while they were in town for my granddaughter's baby shower. Karen and Bryan's place was perfect! Well layed out, everything you could possibly need was available. Beautiful private back yard with fire pit and chairs under a pergola, access to a grill if needed, super comfortable, sturdy king size bed huge bathroom and closet as well as a kitchenette with everything you could possibly need. I 100% recommend this place and will be reserving again whenever we have family in town. Photos don't do this justice! So grateful I found this place. My parents were extremely happy with it!

Great little apartment not far from anywhere you would want to go in the Phoenix area! We stayed here for spring training and it was a great location and nice place to unwind.

We really enjoyed our stay! We moved from another Airbnb because it hadn’t met our expectations, cleanliness wise and nothing was stocked. When we made the decision to relocate we found Tiko’s place. We felt right at home and everything was stocked. Great decor and the beds were comfy! Super convenient location & to the airport. We would stay here again and happily recommend to friends!

Bob quickly addressed a cleaning/check-in issue that came up. Could not have hoped for better responsiveness! The pool and hot tub closest to our unit didn't seem to be heating properly, but the other pool and hot tub near the main office were great!

It's a beautiful space and the peace and quiet was perfect for us! The home is updated, modern. and very clean. Bob and Carol were very responsive to our questions. Recommend highly and would stay there again.

I loved staying at this property and I would definitely come back! The entire space felt very welcoming and relaxing. It felt very private and safe as well. You’re right in the middle of everything and it’s super easy to get around. Vince was very responsive and super helpful!

My wife and I really enjoyed this condo - it was very clean, well laid out and the location was hard to beat! A plus was meeting some of the neighbors and having a beer with some other visitors that were also staying in the complex. Really pretty grounds, condo was comfortable and host was top notch so it would be an easy decision to stay here again!

For a group of four this place was perfect. Both the apartment and the area were clean and felt safe. Paula was a fantastic host who responded promptly with the few questions we did have. I would absolutely stay here again.

Truly enjoyed the getaway, as it was just close enough to an event nearby, and still an oasis of calm and beautiful clean design, which is what we love. Would stay there again for sure - great hosts!

Alexander was very responsive to my questions. The condo is lovely and spacious. It was clean. The beds are quite comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities. The location makes it easy to get to places in/around Scottsdale and Phoenix. Nice neighborhoods/areas to walk close by. We would stay again.
