The private fully fenced courtyard is yours to use; ideal to sit and unwind with a wine after a hard day! Enjoy your independent, cheap and cheerful stay!

Waterloo Haven

Tucked away in Waterloo, 5min walk to Open Polytechnic, our private guest studio is cosy & comfy. Your own entrance & outdoor area in the trees & native bird life. A very comfortable king bed, ensuite bathroom (shower has great pressure!) & everything you’ll need to make a cuppa or heat dinner in the microwave. 2 minute walk to Riverside Drive, Waiwhetu stream & Te Whiti Park. We often accommodate early/late check in/outs, just ask. Pets welcome, please message for details ahead of your stay.

Enjoy a comfortable stay in this newly built, fully accessible and step-free self contained flat. It has off street parking but is just 500m from all the cafes and restaurants in Jackson Street, or about 800m from a stroll along the beach. Well situated for public transport: buses in Jackson Street to Lower Hutt and Wellington, and just 1.1 km to Petone train station. The Fifth Room

Easy walk to Jackson St shops, cafés and restaurants. Petone Beach and Railway Station within a 10min walk. Percy's reserve and walking tracks close by. Wellington city a 10 min drive (off peak). The InterIslander Ferry is a less than ten minute drive off peak. Perfect to catch an early morning Ferry, or late afternoon disembark. Supermarkets, specialty stores, cinema and pharmacies. Petone pretty much has it all including a Kmart which is quite literally at the end of the street.

Located between the beach and Jackson Street this beautifully renovated cottage offers all the comforts of home. Enjoy sitting under the covered deck while you BBQ, or in the sun on the patio. If you prefer to cook inside, a fully equipped kitchen is provided There is a self contained studio off the rear of the driveway. The studio has no access the cottage or its private deck and garden.
