Waterloo Haven

Tucked away in Waterloo, 5min walk to Open Polytechnic, our private guest studio is cosy & comfy. Your own entrance & outdoor area in the trees & native bird life. A very comfortable king bed, ensuite bathroom (shower has great pressure!) & everything you’ll need to make a cuppa or heat dinner in the microwave. 2 minute walk to Riverside Drive, Waiwhetu stream & Te Whiti Park. We often accommodate early/late check in/outs, just ask. Pets welcome, please message for details ahead of your stay.

The Fifth Room

Easy walk to Jackson St shops, cafés and restaurants. Petone Beach and Railway Station within a 10min walk. Percy's reserve and walking tracks close by. Wellington city a 10 min drive (off peak). The InterIslander Ferry is a less than ten minute drive off peak. Perfect to catch an early morning Ferry, or late afternoon disembark. Supermarkets, specialty stores, cinema and pharmacies. Petone pretty much has it all including a Kmart which is quite literally at the end of the street.

Cosy caravan amongst the trees

Set within 6 acres of farmland this 1977 caravan with a conservatory is a comfortable spot to get a taste of rural life, while only being 7 minutes away from the heart of Lower Hutt. As local beekeepers, we'll have honey and farm eggs from our chickens ready for you on arrival. This space is ideal for 2-4 but can work for 6 people. We’ve found it works well for families as well as adults. However, many budget savvy adult groups love it as they are happy in a smaller space.

Escape the hustle and bustle of Wellington City to unwind and relax in peaceful surroundings. Just 15 mins to Wellington CBD, ferry, and Sky Stadium, or 5 mins down the hill into Lower Hutt, Events Centre etc. Easy motorway access from Maungaraki, 5 mins to trains and a bus right outside. Features tea/coffee facilities, mini fridge, microwave, Wi-Fi and 49” TV with Netflix. Pet lovers welcome – we have a friendly border collie and Birman cat. Off street parking available.

Baring Head Assistant Lightkeeper's Cottage

Stay in a beautifully restored former Assistant Lighthouse Keeper's cottage with wonderful views over Cook Strait toward the Kaikōura Ranges. It features vintage styling, three bedrooms and a modern kitchen and bathroom. Please note that this Airbnb accommodation is subject to cancellation at any time between January and April due to potential fire season risks.
