The en suite studio is connected to the main house but has it own private bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, separate entry and outside deck. We are 3 blocks from historic Downtown district, an easy walk to the riverfront restaurants and shops. If you prefer to stay in, brew some coffee in the kitchenette and sit on the deck under willow trees. #PLVR-19-0017

Enjoy 500 square feet of newly constructed luxury on a quiet street in the charming neighborhood of Bret Harte. The spacious bedroom has a king bed and private spa-like bathroom with heated floors. Through the double barn doors is a sitting room with two sofas that convert to single beds as well as a dining nook and kitchenette. A separate gated pathway leads to the private deck with space to relax or dine while listening to songbirds.

Family Friendly Central Petaluma Studio

Our studio is only a few blocks from the heart of Petaluma. The Theatre District, Petaluma Market, and a myriad of local restaurants are all a 10 to 15 minute walk from your doorstep. We have two kids of our own (3 and 4) and we've set up the space to be comfortable for families traveling. There is ample space for everyone to spread out with a queen bed, 2 full size futons, and a crib included in the space.
