Stabl Y Felin - a unique, eco stable conversion

Stabl Y Felin is a Grade 2 listed converted stable attached to a heritage corn mill, that has been lovingly restored using traditional skills and sustainable materials and furnishings. With it's 4.5m ceilings, the stabl comes with an airy bedroom with kingsize sleigh bed, en-suite with walk-in shower, sitting room with reclaimed kitchenette and breakfast bar, and a hayloft with a kingsize futon hidden on top for the brave. A peaceful, rustic, village getaway in the hills, 4 miles from the coast.

The old workshop

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. The old workshop is perfectly located for exploring the cardigan bay coastline, or the Cambrian mountains (Newquay beach is 13 miles away, and Lampeter town 6 miles away). There is also a mill pond and 180 acres of private land to access freely from your doorstep. There are no main roads in sight and the peacefulness and lack of noise is bliss. There is a decking area to the rear with electric awning. Property has 1 king size bed and 1 bed settee.

Enjoy alfresco dining, cook on the fire pit in the evenings, a long dip in the wood fired hot tub amongst the trees, or snuggle up inside,in front of the woodburner.

An ideal ‘base camp’ as you explore the National Park and surrounding area. Light a fire and get lazy, chill out in the hottub, star-gaze at the incredible night skies, or just take in the majestic Pen y Fan as you plan (or recover from) your ascent.

The Pig Shed, Firepit, Highland Cows & Telescope

Unique Welsh rural escape, the Old Pig Shed provides a private haven of comfort & peace. A cosy Cabin, with stunning views & dark, star filled skies. Totally relax and enjoy the views. With a Telescope to look out across the Welsh Hills & Stargaze, enjoy the Fire-Pit & watch the sun go down. Bikers are welcome. An up-close HIGHLAND COW EXPERIENCE is available for guests only, to book on arrival. Close to forest tracks and the beaches of Aberaeron & New Quay for dolphin spotting & watersports.

The Cabin A secluded, self contained log cabin

The Cabin is a purpose built log cabin with easy access for people with impaired mobility. It is positioned in an isolated private garden of a family owned smallholding. The Cabin looks out over the surrounding country. It has its own secluded private garden and foot access to many acres of local woods and walks. We welcome dogs and they stay for free. But please let us know you are bringing them. We do not accept bookings that include infants or children as we are only insured for adults.

With only a 5 minute stroll to the harbour and beaches guests can enjoy a variety of activities including wildlife boat tours, watersports and lovely reastaurants and pubs.
