House consists of one bedroom,living room, kitchen with dining table and bathroom and can host up to four people. The house is 15-min walk from the center and the main beach.

Enjoy your Dubrovnik stay in this lovely brand new apartment named after the old well which was made in this location in 18th century and was important source of water for the house, even for the neighborhood. In towns like Dubrovnik, which used to even be under sieges for period of time, water was essential resource. It was used for drinking, cooking, washing dishes, for animals. Thick walls today keep the house fresh even during hot summer days.

Imamo privatnu plažu (samo za naše goste i obitelj) i uz nju osiguravamo prirodnu vodu, tuševe, struju, roštilj, ostavu za plažne potrepštine, kao i 2 veza za čamce. Nalazimo se u mjestu Pisak, mirnom mjestu bez stresa, stvorenom za opuštanje i obiteljski odmor.

The apartment is placed in the quiet part of Jelsa, but really close to the city centre. Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.
