We had such a wonderful stay in this apartment. The host is very responsive and super friendly and you can reach out to her any time during the stay! The apartment itself is spacious with amazing views out the windows and the big balcony/terrace was our favourite. We stayed for 11 nights and everything we needed was in the apartment. The kitchen is great and has crockery, dish washer, big fridge, all utensils etc. The location is great it was so nice to be close to everything but in a quiet area at the same time. I would recommend this apartment and I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Best location, best view, best rental I have ever stayed at in regards to having everything you need. Great bed, lots of hot water, groceries stores everywhere. We just really felt like we were home. When we come back next year if the rental is available we will definitely rent again.

Vi var 2 voksne og 2 børn i 9 dage. Selve lejligheden var som på billederne. Der var dog ingen parasol på terrassen men der var meget grøn bevoksning der gav en del skygge. Køkkenet er meget småt men fint til at lave små måltider. Dejligt med en opvaskemaskine. Der er AC i stuen - desværre ingen AC i soveværelserne så det kan blive temmelig varmt i soveværelserne, selv med en vifte. Vi rykkede et par dage ind i stuen om natten da det var for varmt i soveværelserne. Stedet ligger dejlig tæt på 2 strande (beach Rožac og Okrug Gornji Beach). Der er et lille supermarked tæt på lejligheden. Det tager ca 30 minutter at gå til Beach Bočići - en dejlig strand. Det tager ca. 30 minutter at gå til Trogir. Man kan også tage en Uber ret billigt. Det tager ca. 15 minutter at komme fra lufthavnen til lejligheden og koster ca. 15 euro med Uber. Alt i alt et skønt sted.

I highly suggest a stay here at vila ivano! Sun spalato! Close to beach, easy parking, quick communication - 10/10 !

Merci pour votre accueil et votre disponibilité même tardive en nous ayant accueilli vers 21h15. Station de bus proche du logement qui permet de se rendre facilement à Dubrovnik afin d'éviter la galère du stationnement pour la voiture et le prix qui aurait été honnereux. Outstanding. Niksa and Kate made us feel really welcome from the first moment. Very helpful , friendly and responsive before we arrived and that continued during our stay with lots of helpful tips of places to eat, how to get around, places to visit etc. The apartment was beautiful. A lovely, peaceful setting with lots of space for us to relax and for kids to play indoors and outside. The apartment felt comfortable and was extremely well equipped and we felt instantly at home. The kids loved the swings, large trampoline and the pets. The location is perfect with shops and restaurants within walking distance (as long as you're ok with hill/steps) but also close enough to Dubrovnik. We would definitely recommend and hope to return soon. Thanks Niksa and Kate.

Perfekte Auszeit in einer traumhaften Unterkunft! Unsere 8 Nächte in dieser AirBnB-Wohnung waren einfach fantastisch! Die ruhige und friedliche Lage hat uns sofort entspannt. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber und perfekt ausgestattet – es fehlte uns an nichts, um unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich und die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Das hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Wir haben die Ruhe und die gemütliche Atmosphäre sehr geschätzt und können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen. Ein idealer Ort für alle, die eine entspannte Auszeit suchen! 💙

Pobyt w tym miejscu spędziliśmy świetnie. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko do plaży, sklepów i restauracji.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement très bien placé, à proximité immédiate des remparts, des lieux à visiter, des activités et des restaurants tout en étant très calme. Conforme à la description et facile à trouver grâce aux conseils de Marko. Hôte très réactif dans les échanges de messages, de bon conseil et arrangeant pour notre heure d’arrivée plus tôt que prévu et notre heure de départ plus tardive, et la possibilité de stocker nos bagages le jour de notre départ. Je recommande !

Super Lage um Mostar zu besichtigen. Ruhig, schön und wer weichen Matrazen liebt, ist hier genau richtig.

Very nice host, good value for money, perfect for family holidays

We had a great stay! The apartment was very clean, with excellent amenities and great value for money. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was that there were no stairs, and since we were on the top floor with suitcases, it wasn’t as accessible as we had hoped. However, everything else was perfect, and we had a lovely experience and would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We had a great stay at Luko’s place . It had everything you needed plus an amazing view . Perfectly located , close enough to walk to the old town and yet away from the all the crowds . We found the easiest route to the old town was down the road ( 10 min walk )and take the steps to the left of the cable car station . Luko was an excellent host and quick to respond to any questions I had . I would highly recommend this place for your stay in Dubrovnik.

구시가지 근처이면서도 차로 바로 접근이 가능해 최고였습니다. 슈퍼도 식당도 가깝고, 2층이지만 계단이 넓어 큰짐 이동에 어렵지 않습니다. 토니가 친절하고 소통이 신속하여 정말 좋았습니다. 체크아웃도 배려해주어 조금 늦게할 수 있어 일정 조율에 좋았습니다. 정말 감사합니다!

We had a great time at this place, the location is perfect in a quite surrounding and restaurants, bars, bus stop, supermarket, playground, bakery and the beach are just 5-10 minutes away by feet. The garden with the pool, toys and bbq corner are perfect for a visit with children. Enis gave me some very good information for activities with the family. We would definitely go there again.

Todella siisti huoneisto lähellä Lapadin kävelykatua. Hyvä uima-allas, mieletön jacuzzi ja yllätykseksemme majoituksen käytettävissä oli myös grillihuone, jossa paistoimme pizzaa Barbaran avustuksella. Barbara oli todella ystävällinen ja vastasi viesteihin välittömästi. Ihana lomakohde!

Thank you so much Petar, we had a lovely time in Split. The apartment was basic with everything we needed. It was super clean and tidy. Lots of places to eat and a beach literally across the road. The bedrooms had no aircon, but Petar had fans delivered the next day, greatly appreciated. We also had a very late flight home and he kindly extended our check-out time. Thanks again.

Can’t fault the apartment, location or hosts. Could have happily stayed longer. Loved it.

Anita was a wonderful host, proactive in her communication and provided very clear instructions (super helpful for us weary travellers many hours delayed on arrival). Her flat is super homely and comfortable and a quick taxi ride into the city. Would recommend

Amazing hosts and a lovely place to stay!

Ivana was such an incredible host. Our flight was delayed which meant arriving after midnight. Ivana was able to greet us and even offered to pick us up from the airport if we couldn’t get a taxi. This is way above and beyond a regular host. Thank you so so much. The apartment was perfect for our needs (2 adults, 3 kids) with 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The balcony over looking Cavtat was beautiful. Short walk to the harbour, 10 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes to Dubrovnik by car or boat. Ideal location. Thank you so very much!
