Pedregal: aluguel por temporada para famílias com crianças

This house is in a great location. There are great views of the town, marina, bay, and mountains. The neighborhood (Pedregal) is beautiful and charming, with excellent security. It is a modest walk to the downtown/Marina area (with many restaurants). It's a bit of a hike to get to the beach, but the Pedregal beach is wonderful (no swimming though). We also were able to hike from the house to Lover's Beach/Divorce Beach (must climb over some rocks), and to Mt. Solmar (great views!). The space itself is very nice. We liked the modern hacienda style. It is a separate floor of a larger "villa", with good privacy. The kitchen is nice and well equipped (with dish washer), the bedrooms and bathrooms are large and attractive. The living area in comfortable (though not large). The terrace is very large and well furnished (I only wish it had more shade). There is a washer/dryer. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The stay was great , close to all attractions , clean and Max was very responsive to all questions.

Our experience was nothing short of amazing! Every single person we worked with throughout the planning process and throughout our stay were amazing, responsive and extremely helpful! The airbnb was beautiful, spacious and clean! The host, concierge and greeter were all so accommodating and warm every step of the way as well as easy to get ahold of. We highly recommend the private chef during your stay, our lunch was incredible, authentic and no detail was missed. A huge thank you to the chef, concierge, greeter, host and transportation for such a wonderful girls trip! I would highly recommend this airbnb to anyone staying in Cabo and utilize their wonderful vendors and transportation assistant it’ll make your trip a breeze!

Had an amazing time at dael’s place… the place us super close to all the good restaurants and clubs and walmart whatever it is… super close to beach as well the house inside was super clean… just the bbq area was dusty as no one has used it in quite a while… the pool was good as well water temperature was good less clorine as well… but the pool is combined with the diving school so they might have classes there sometimes… wasnt a problem for us as it was a slow season.. i am not sure about the busy season… but dael was responsive there was someone to answer our questions all the time overall had a fun time.. thanks to dael and the rest of the staff.

For a large group looking to enjoy Cabo San Lucas, I can't imagine a better place to stay. The space was so beautiful we would have been happy spending our entire vacation at the property! BUT with it being so central it was easy walking to all of the sites, restaurants, and excursions we had planned during our stay. Highly recommend booking the shuttle service for easy travel to and from the airport. Some notes: the pool and hot tub were not filtered upon our arrival, but cleared up by day 2. The hot water in the showers was unpredictable at times.

Un beau logement tout était comme sur les photos, tout se fait à pieds des restaurants, cafés, dépanneurs, boites de nuits et marina et à 5 minutes en voiture d’un Walmart. Le coin piscine est agréable avec un gym complet, les hôtes sont très agréables et sympathiques. N’hésitez pas à réserver cette espace vous ne serez pas déçu.

Me encantó mi estancia en este Airbnb. El departamento de dos pisos es precioso, decorado con muy buen gusto y lleno de detalles que lo hacen súper acogedor. Está ubicado en una zona muy bonita y tranquila, ideal para descansar. Todo estaba impecablemente limpio y bien cuidado con lo necesario para la estancia. La alberca super limpia y excelente vista. Sin duda volvería.

Una vera oasi in una città che sicuramente sta diventando molto caotica. Il patio è pieno di piante e fiori con un ampio parcheggio e una zona relax deliziosa. Un gatto simpaticissimo fa gli onori di casa. Lo studio è perfetto per un soggiorno più che confortevole, completo di tutto, molto ben arredato e con oggetti di utilizzo personale (il bagno conteneva di tutto e di più) e per fare un caffè o preparare qualcosa da mangiare. La comunicazione ci Genesis è facilissima e molto chiara, senza contare che ci ha permesso di effettuare il check in anticipato, e ci ha tenuto in custodia i bagagli oltre all’ora del check out. Grazie di tutto e speriamo di tornare presto

La estancia en el departamento fue muy buena, es mejor que lo que se ve en las fotografías todo muy limpio, camas muy cómodas, hay juegos de mesa y nos encantó la terraza aparte de bonita y agradable es privada.

Abir's place was above and beyond our expectations. We felt right at home. We had the pool almost all to ourselves a few feet from the patio. Loved having a washer and dryer at our disposal. The condo and resort were beautiful and staff was very accommodating.

This is my third time staying at these condos, and I never regret it. It's beautiful! The views are absolutely stunning, you can see the majestic rocks of Los Cabos right from the living room. The tennis court and beach access are a huge bonus and one of the many reasons I keep coming back. Costco and a large grocery store are just a five-minute walk away, and the airport is only about 30–40 minutes from here. I will definitely be returning to this place. Plus, they have all the amenities you need to cook and feel right at home.

From start to finish, our stay at this Airbnb in Cabo was absolutely incredible. The property was even more beautiful than the photos—immaculately clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The view was breathtaking, especially at sunset, and we loved lounging on the patio with a drink in hand. Our host was exceptional—responsive, friendly, and full of great local recommendations that truly enhanced our trip. The location was perfect: close to the beach, great restaurants, and fun activities, yet quiet and peaceful at night. We genuinely didn’t want to leave and are already talking about coming back. This is literally the best place to stay in Cabo! You have access to a lot of things in this community of hotels and condos. Pools and jacuzzis and bars and restaurants everywhere. And next to the beaches as well. Very comfortable and clean place. The surround sounds was amazing! Connects through out the whole condo. And most importantly, The best hosts ever! Always helpful and responds quickly. Anything we needed, they were there to help. Thanks Karen and Tasha for our wonderful stay. Will be back again!

Great host, Responsive and helpful. Place is central to various beaches and downtown (anything is within 10-15 min drive). We had our own car so this worked. Place was clean.

I couldn’t have picked a better location and will be back. This place was exactly as described. The hidden gem was the grocery store in walking distance. I love Cabo and plan to reserve this space every time I return!

Alojamiento con descripcion acorde a las imagenes, tiene 2 sillas y sombrilla disponibles para ahorrarte la renta en la playa a la que decidas ir, el unico detalle seria que en el area de alberca no hay mucha sombra disponible, pero nada que mangas largas y proteccion solar no solucione. en general todo estuvo muy bien.

Está padrísimo el departamento!! Estuvimos muy contentos en la estancia, desafortunadamente no nos tocó buen clima y no pudimos utilizar la alberca porque el agua estaba muy helada y no tiene caldera pero fuera de eso el departamento está muy completo la seguridad es súper amable!! Sin duda regreso a cabos y a hospedarme con ustedes.. mil gracias por sus atenciones
