The Manor on the 20th floor ensures great views. House is well kept and has all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. The hosts were quick to respond for all the requests w.r.t approvals. Interiors are well done, comfy and aesthetic. I definitely recommend this place for staycation or vacation.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The apartment was super clean and comfy. It’s right next to the Mumbai-Pune Expressway, so getting around was easy. Daily essentials were just a short walk away, and all the food and grocery apps like Blinkit, Zomato, and Swiggy deliver here without any hassle. The best part? The amazing amenities in the tower—riverfront boating, horse riding, a golf course, plus the usual stuff like a swimming pool, gym, and games room. It honestly felt like a mini vacation spot. Definitely coming back again!

Overall we really liked our stay here. Preeti was super communicative throughout the trip and checked in on us daily. There was a minor inconvenience on the first day when the electricity in the area was out so the living room AC wasn’t working (bedroom was functional though) but apart from that everything was great. The place was well fenced so we could let our dog roam about. The space is very nicely setup and was very comfortable. There’s a nice mountain path one can follow outside the property for a light trek. Special mention to the cook at the property. The food was so good that we easily ate twice our normal appetite. Will definitely visit again.

Charan & Amisha were great host's, their property is stellar and the view from the villa is so serene. The villa was super clean, and the rooms were so spacious and comfortable. The host's left us a cute snack basket in each bedroom, which was a really nice gesture. They also provided us with Milk, water bottles, tea, coffee, salt, sugar etc.. Which made our stay even more comfortable. I totally recommend booking their villa for atleast 2 nights, the property is huge, there is a lot to do and explore around. Also their villa is inside a gated community of villas and there is a restaurant and club house inside which made it convenient for us to order our food. There's also a mini theatre inside the club house to watch a movie with friends. Great place.

My friends and I had a lovely time at this villa! It was as described. Even though the location was quite remote, Sharad was very responsive and gave helpful instructions. The caretaker, Dilip was lovely and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We had a wonderful time and would definitely visit again! Thank you 😄

We had a amazing stay at this beautiful 6bhk mansion property. The villa was spacious, clean and with the ultimate feel of luxury. The living area was so aesthetic and giving best comfort for relaxing together. Bedrooms were so decent and clean. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Subhash and Suvarna Mahale are lovely host. We had a nice chat with them and they are very warm and welcoming. Apartment is neat and clean. Only problem is there is no restaurant nearby however if you plan you lunch and dinner then Gold Valley is best property to stay at near Kolad. I would recommend this property to others and Mr. And Mrs. Mahale will ensure your stay is memorable☺️

There was cleaning done on a daily basis. The place was accessible to supermarkets and restaurants around. Overall the place was perfect for us.

We had a great stay at Santy’s place. It is a beautiful place, immaculately clean and a brilliant location. A kitchen with all the items you’d need in the house. Restaurants and take away shops all within walking distance. One of the very few pet friendly Airbnb in Pune and I am sure it is the best too. Rex made this stay more enjoyable for us ..especially for my daughter.. Santy was great at communicating with us and checked we were OK during our stay. also guided us with local eateries and surroundings Highly recommended ! Thanks Santy
