The home has a large open living space and private fenced back yard for outdoor BQ's. The large front yard is beautifully landscaped and the back yard to enjoy the beautiful evening sunsets. I'm offering it to visitors that want a luxury home while having the privacy needed when visiting Paso. I may or may not be there at many times. I have a home in LA & there half time.

West wing of this single level house has its own private entrance sectioned off from the main house. Two private queen bedrooms ideal for two couples. Mini fridge, coffee maker, Kerig pods, and microwave provided. Bathroom is its own room and is not part of the bedrooms providing privacy. After a day of wine tasting, enjoy one of your finds in the front courtyard patio area. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and located across the street from an elementary school and a golf course.

Unwind in Downtown Paso Robles and take a 6 - 8 minute walk to the city's central park, restaurant and bars. Savor wine from the hundreds of wineries, in the area or perhaps a drink at the city's craft distilleries and breweries. End the day at the studio with a fresh cup of coffee or tea, from the Keurig, over a board game. In the evening on weekends, lounge out front under the string lights and listen to live music from The Pour House located across the park.

With its own living space, kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom this 400 sq ft space with a deck, semi-private entrance and dedicated garage space is perfect for your visit to wine country. This listing hosts humans only. Please no pets, please don't ask. We also ask that you do not bring small children, the suite is not suited to host little ones and the max occupancy is two persons, 10 or older.

A small kitchenette (please note: no oven available), couch, TV with streaming, table, games and fireplace are in the living room. This is a great space for a family or two couples on a trip together.

Nestled in one of the original Blue Diamond Almond orchards, this one bedroom, one bath guest suite has a full kitchen, a cozy living room, a bathroom reminiscent of a spa, and two wonderfully relaxing deck spaces.
